I had a new medicine

I had a new medicine and couldn't complete on line. Following a discussion with a staff member the issue was resolved quickly and was offered a new travel insurance for a very reasonable rate.

What you have done well is to massively…

What you have done well is to massively reduce the quote we were given by another insurer for which we are very happy.
Overall our experience was good .
I did feel a bit rushed at times and if I had to ask for things to be said again the person I spoke to seemed a bit irritated by it I felt.
Other than that all good.

Just amazing!

I’m always astounded at how much people with medical conditions pay for travel insurance. I have 3 declared medical conditions and I’ve just reinsured my annual cover for less than £200. Amazing service!!

Travel insurance.

Very polite gentleman helped me with my quote, l phoned instead of using the Internet because l wanted to make sure that l have the wright cover l need and l was able to ask questions and clarify information at the same time. The young man l spoke to went through my quote in detail with me and helped with questions that l didn't understand. All in all I've had a very positive experience ,and the price was very competitive .Will recommend.
