Blijkbaar was deze service automatisch geactiveerd bij ons abonnement bij Base. Plots kreeg ik een melding dat we 2 x 50 € boven ons abonnement zaten op 2 min tijd. Als ik ging kijken waren dit betalingen aan playstation waar we niets vanaf wisten. Bij telefonisch contact met Base konden ze er niets meer aan doen, enkel deze dienst afzetten. Jammer van de centen!

Ineens had ik zonder te vragen een abonnement van NBA League pass. Ik heb niets goedgekeurd of wat dan ook. Is dit illegaal, deze praktijken?
Ik zou dan ook graag de 115€ terug krijgen die ik blijkbaar heb betaald voor iets waar ik niet voor heb getekend.

Ik heb plots rekeningen via mijn GSM nummer elke WEEEK!!! na €45 aan ongekende kosten blijkt het deze paybymobile te zijn met een NBA abonnement waar ik nooit voor heb ingeschreven! Opgelicht en kan je nog niet eens contact mee opnemen! Mijn geld gaat wel vliegen. Ze hebben duidelijk enkel mijn gsm nummer nodig!

Total scam! Complete fraudsters! Been billing R7/day for the longest time, never subscribed and no contact from customer service. Vodacom helped me unsubscribe.

I'm sorry to hear that you have felt that our services are a scam. I can assure you that we work with Vodacom, who allow their customers to subscribe to services and pay via your Vodacom account. In order for this to happen all our subscriptions have a verification stage, to protect our customers security.
Along with a welcome SMS to confirm the subscription, and regular reminder SMS's to confirm the subscription is still in place and ensure our customers are fully informed, with the opportunity to cancel at any time.
