I have used 10 money transfer companies…

I have used 10 money transfer companies to ghana. I send over $15,000 a month. I needed to add one more because of volume. This is the worst company there is. I would sue the owner if I had the time. Customer service is a joke. They dont answer the phone, they dont return phone calls or emails ever. They hold your money on the flimsiest excuses. They are 100% unreliable and undependable. If you need to send money, dont use Pay Angel as you are wasting your time completely. If I had looked at this site I would have known not to try it, but now I kow

The Worst Money Transfer Service I’ve Ever Used

I am curious to know if anyone has shared my experience where your money has been taken out of your account by PayAngel only for them to block your account followed with an observed instruction to contact customer service which of course is impossible because you cannot get to the app. What made matters worse my son is in Nigeria counting on me to get him money for specialist medication to treat his stomach ulcer. I regret using this service I really do.

They deactivated the option to leave reviews on playstore.
If you're new here stay clear of this scammers!!!!!!
A transaction I made over 2 days ago is still not delivered to my receipt
Every time I ring them they say it's with the partner, I have just done a transaction to the same country using a different app, Literally took 10 Minutes !!!!
They also lie on their Website that the Transaction is instatenious. Yet takes hours on end and mandane answers are given by their team. Their whatsapp messages also go answered.
GOD, I could go all day long about this company!!
If you value your sanity, stay clear of this Payangel or whatever they call themselves!!!!

I was double-charged for a transaction

I sent $100 to my family but saw that they had taken another $100 out of my account because I tried to send it once but immediately canceled the transaction to change something. On top of that, they said it'll take from 1 to 5 business days for me to get my money back, and going through all this is giving me a headache.

not enough vomit in all the world to describle this heartles excrious souless company. when i sent twelve pounds to ancient granny in ghana usng my basic account the company dois not deliver it was for her basic food now she has been hungry for three days, the ceo of this company did not look malnourished when last i saw him , i have asked him to think of granny aged over 80 the next time he dines.

It's the worst app I’ve ever used and their customer service is horrible! No response and when they do, they give you fluff! It's Monday morning and my funds from Friday are still pending. Ridiculous! Stay away from these thieves!!!

I created an account and it has been locked ever since awaiting id photo. I reached out to customer service on March 23, the first Id photo they said they can’t accept it even thought it is a valid form of ID in the country I live..I reached out to them again yesterday with another form of ID and no one has updated my account as yet even though they have told me it will be updated “shortly” this is very poor communication and a very bad customer service experience. You need to hire more people so that matters can be dealt with more efficiently than this

I made a transaction since yesterday and recipient haven’t received the fund yet.. I tried contacting customer service but no luck because it says they are not available.. A very poor service, I will advice you no one should use this app..

The worst I've ever seen

When I first got the register for an account It took 3 days. The app was supposed to send me an access cold but I never got back.It took three days to get an access code. Customer service is bad.They never answer the phone. I made 3 different deposits.
Only one of them win through although the money was taken out of my bank account three times. I've called customer Service at least forty times but nobody will answer the phone. Their voicemail says somebody will get back with you but they never do. Two days later I tried to go into my account and I get a message saying my account has been blocked. Then when I call customer service nobody answers. Finally, after call in 15 more times somebody answer it and tell it was me.They got to look into it and no call me back. I never gotta call back so 2 days later.I called again And I was told the same thing that they would call me back. So far I have not received a call and when I call them.Nobody answers the phone. They are very unprofessional. This is the worst company i've ever dealt with in life

The worst money transfer app in terms…

The worst money transfer app in terms of lies. If you are making mpesa to kenya don’t be carried away by higher rate. Think twice. I sent the money that never arrived , I called Safaricom but Safaricom can’t talk to me because in the actual sense PayAngel sent the money on my behalf. They refused to recall the money and the kept saying the money is in the wallet. After long conversation they promised to call back but I knew they will not call , they just wanted me off the phone.
The money remains with Safaricom because PayAngel won’t bothered to communicate with Safaricom

Quite Basic App

Quite Basic! I have tried them and they have good rates but transfers into account numbers take 2 to 4 hours whilst it’s instantaneous with other competitors. Also they are promising something they call Remitcare and other insurances but there aren’t enough information about them when you click through. When you call them there’s no one to speak to and the call is ended just like that so I can imagine how frustrating this could be if something had gone wrong with my transaction and I need someone to speak to. Also their app couldn’t verify my passport after several attempt so you get a message to email it. They have a long
way to go to give customers a hassle free experience.

Called whole day and payment not…

Called whole day and payment not delivered by the recipient. Customer service make promises to call back in 10 -15 minutes which never happens. Use this company at your own peril. First time and will never use them again.

Surprised with all the positive reviews here unless my case is different.

My first time using payangel ,I'm so worried, been four days since I sent out money and it has not been delivered to recipient yet.

Contact support and no response.
