Despite the table’s shipping being delayed a couple of times, you kept me informed of its status. My husband said the table was easy to put together and it’s great to have a deck dining table again.

Ease with seeing what I ordered adn correcting what I ordered.
Although the height of each chair I ordered said the same thing, the bar stool is higher than the counter chair adn I needed the bar stool size.

When I type in a particular part number and if the item has changed, it should alert the customer to that. I ordered the wrong umbrella cover and had to engage live chat to get it fixed because of this.

I ordered a loveseat for my patio on 5/26, item description said ships in 3-5 days...almost a month later no loveseat! I was given two different delivery dates that were confirmed and each one cancelled last minute AFTER I already took time off of work to be home for the delivery. After the last cancellation I was informed the item made it to the warehouse but now can not be located. In the meantime the item went on sale for $300 less!! I have spoken to customer service several times and have gotten nowhere. I requested a price match for all our trouble (and missed work) and was denied. They offered a $100 gift card...NO THANK YOU! I will never order from them again so that is useless! I then said I no longer want the item and was informed I will have to pay a restocking fee. They can't even find the item in the warehouse!!! It has been a very disappointing experience. I have no idea how their overall rating is 4.7 stars?! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!
