I wish I could give 0 stars. Order delayed multiple weeks, no responses to customer service via chat or phone call (they didn't ever pick up -- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME). I emailed and left messages in chat saying I needed the product by a certain date (it was originally promised to arrive weeks before the date). Nothing happened. I would not trust them to cancel or refund, nor would it be fair to make me jump through all the hoops to do so, I disputed the charge through the bank.

Order process was straightforward and easy. It took a while, but that is expected based them being custom sized cushions. They come from India, but were shipped FedEx and arrived quickly after they were completed. The company was communicative and I received status emails. The cushions are as expected in Sunbrella furniture. It fit perfectly and I'm happy with the results.

Had to cancel my $650 order after receiving multiple shipping dates that came and went. "I'm so sorry." Sorry for the inconvenience." They just give you another delivery date and apology. 1-800-MOVE-ON!!
RESPONSE: Too little, too late. I moved on and found what I needed at AMAZON for $400 LESS, so THANK YOU! Stop lying to your customers! If it is going to take longer, then let the customer know that. I spoke with a supervisor. She did NOTHING for me but issue a refund. Again, stop lying to your customers.

It is taking me forever to receive my order. On their website it stated items ship within 5-10 days. It is now over 3 weeks since I placed this order. Now they are telling me that it won't be shipped for another six days. Very slow on production and delivery.

Placed an order on 4/30/26. Website says most orders shipped in 3-5 days so we had plenty of time until our party on 5/17/26. Several days after our order, we were given an expected delivery date of 5/18. We were hoping maybe that would change but it didn't. Asked for an update when the order hadn't shipped on the 18th. New delivery date is 5/25. Today I asked if our order was shipped and it is still in India. Now they say expect early June delivery. At this point we will cancel if it isn't shipped soon.
Edit: We finally received our order after almost a month. The quality is poor and we want to return them. We have been going back and forth for a week, but they won't issue return instructions. I'm ready to get my credit card company involved. I wish I knew more about this merchant before I ordered from them.

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Patio HQ. My experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish.

The company required full payment upfront before shipping. When our furniture arrived, both the loveseat and sofa had incorrect and missing parts, making assembly impossible. Customer service was very difficult to reach, with no direct phone number and repeated delays in getting callbacks.

After more than 60 emails and multiple complaints, the company agreed to send replacement furniture, but it never arrived. They later claimed there were “production issues.” When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, Patio HQ falsely claimed they had delivered the replacement furniture and submitted FedEx tracking numbers as proof. Those tracking numbers were only for replacement cushions — not the loveseat and sofa themselves.

This has been an exhausting and disappointing experience. I would not purchase from this company again.

Unrealistic shipping date. When I called the day after the cushions were due to arrive I was told I'd hear back in 8 - 12 hours. I did not. Called again the next day and was told 3-5 more days of production time. Called again a week later and was told the order was held up in Quality control. Clearly a call center in India and no clear answers. I'll try again in another week and if I get the same kind of answer, I'll go through the difficult process of cancelling my custom order. Maybe the cushions will be great but I'm already frustrated with customer service so if there's an issue when they finally arrive, who knows how that will go.

One order never showed up. The other order was produced incorrectly. I have called customer service twice. The people who answered the calls were unable to do anything other than to tell me that someone would call me back. They said “within four hours.” I’m still waiting. Very poor experience in every way.

Deceiving shipping time. After completing my order on April 19th, I was notified that it would arrive on May 5th. That day came and went. No update from the company. It was eventually shipped on May 9th, with the email still saying expected delivery of May 5th. I received no notification nor apology for the delay. The fabric on the back of one of the cushions have a bunch of loose threads sticking out of it, with the corners looking worn out. Does this company have a Quality Assurance department?

I ordered replacement cushions but didn't realize that they would ship from India. At first I was skeptical my order would arrive in a timely fashion. However, although delayed about a week - the cushions arrived in perfect condition. I was very happy to receive them.

The cushions seem to be well made and true to size. They look great on our patio couches!
The only concern we had was getting little communication while they were being made, and when they would be shipped. The website was not helpful with that. But they did arrive in a reasonable time and look great.

The stuffing in the bench cushion was so tightly packed and crooked that we had to take it out and remove the outside stuffing around the foam and reinsert it in the cover. A little baggy but at least now it is aligned. A lot of work

Was supposed to hear back within two hours. Several days later and still no response.

Good quality reasonable price for brand, fast delivery

I ordered 3 very expensive custom seat cushions for our outdoor furniture. The quality was terrible. The stitching was coming apart, the seams not straight and the foam inserts weren't 'all squared/ bullnose' as I ordered (instead they came pinched + pointy - not a great look). When I contacted customer service to complain, they were delayed in getting back to me and then tried to gaslight me by telling me that what I ordered was what I got. What? When I responded to provide more detail about the quality issues, they stopped communicating and dropped the ball. I haven't heard from them since. Terrible customer service and product. Now I am stuck with poor quality seat cushions that cost $500 and look terrible.

Good solid product, sent within a reasonable time

Patio HQ had outdoor cushions in the sizes and colors that no one else had. The price also seemed reasonable compared to other national chains.
The cushions I received are beautiful and very well made. Ordering was easy as well

Cushions are badly made I would be embarrassed by putting them in my home
Seams are very crooked, won’t sit flat bowed, fabric doesn’t cover zippers, corners are uneven.
I can’t believe they sat in their review phase two days and still sent them out
Unbelievable no quality the should be ashamed to send them out as they are

The cushions are a good density. The Sunbrella fabric mostly fits well, except a few covers are a bit loose.

I got the back cushion but it’s not the measurements I provided. It’s too small for the chair back. I have tried to call CS on several occasions even before I placed the order but sat on hold for at least an hour or more waiting. Not sure if I want to try this again or try another company. Very disappointing.
