Horrible customer service platforms. Chat was never answered, even after submitting all the preliminary answers. Then I called customer service, held forever, and then the rep could not answer the question and asked me to submit it in writing through email. So I did that, received an automated email response indicating I would have an answer in 2 hours. It’s been several hours and I still have nothing. So my order for 14 seat cushions—not a small order—will go to someone else.

We placed a significant order for outdoor furniture cushions and were assured delivery by 6/5. We have guests arriving soon after. The cushions have not even been produced yet. These are apparently being made in India-and so overnighting is not an option. I’m livid, and wish I had checked this company’s reviews before ordering. Do NOT give them your money.

UPDATE: 6/15/26–We still have not received our order, nor have we received any communication from the company besides the response here. The order status has not changed on their website, and says “in production.” with a delivery date of 6/15/26. I called customer service who said they were checking production. They then said it should ship by the end of the month. At this point I have no confidence in this company’s ability to fulfill their promises and have requested that my order be cancelled with a full refund. They stated my credit card would be refunded within 5-7 days. This was an approximately $3000 order. I will update again either when my credit card is credited or at the end of 7 days.

UPDATE 6/19/26-I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars because the refund from
PatioHQ has posted to my account. The order issue has been frustrating and I wish it had been handled differently, But they did make it right financially. One star is no longer fair. I cannot rate the product, but the company responded with integrity.

Avoid Patio HQ – Nightmare Customer Service
I ordered an ottoman from Patio HQ, but it arrived completely missing both the cushion and the cover. Resolving this has been an absolute nightmare. My first call required waiting over an hour, only to be connected with a representative who barely spoke English. I was promised a call back within 10 minutes, which never happened. I had to repeat this exhausting process two more times just to get a call back.
Even then, the staff struggled to understand that my order was incomplete. It wasn't until I demanded a full refund that they finally transferred me to someone who understood the issue. They promised to send the missing parts, but after waiting three weeks, I only received the cover—still no cushion.
I have now spent three consecutive days on the phone trying to get this resolved. While they claim the cushion is finally on its way, my confidence is entirely gone. This company is a massive waste of time and money. I will never do business with Patio HQ again

We ordered custom size cushions and they fit perfectly. The ‘Sunbrella’ material should last a long time!

ordered a custom cushion in april and was given a delivery date of 5/11 that date came and went, i called and was given an updated shipping date of 5/29 when i contacted their customer service today (5/29) they again dont know when it will ship the company has an office in Ohio but the product comes from India They continue to lie to me and they apologize very well but I feel like ive been had

So after I posted the negative review yesterday, they decided to reach out to me. They asked for the same stuff I already sent them multiple times. No dispute that their stuff is NOT made in the USA. This company is a fraud & should be shut down by the US government.
I have the Fedex tracking showing the cushions came from overseas. USA my ass!!

I've ordered five cushions and pillows.
They came in on time, well packed in vacuumized plastic. Correct size and shape. Sawing quality is not perfect but ok. The only thing questionable is fabric quality. It feels relatively thin. Since samples were not available, I took a risk.

Fraud. They say their products are made in the USA but the items were shipped from China. When they sent me the wrong size item, they asked for pictures, then more pictures, then a video. So far 2 weeks later nothing. I had to dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT buy from this company, they are a fraud.

The information on an arrival date was wrong, when called the information of getting an email did not happen and neither did a phone call. The second call was the same information and still did not happen. I eventually received my cushions and I do like them. The company needs serious help with customer service.

Quality of the product and the quick turnaround time.

Purchase process was seamless. Color is true to the website swatch, quality is excellent, communication from Patio HQ regarding tracking and delivery was spot on. And it was fun to open the package to watch the cushion unfold and take perfect shape from the packing process. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

The company used good quality fabric, the turn around time was good for custom work from an Indian company, shipping was satisfactory. However, I’m not overjoyed with the waterfall edge I choose for my cushions’ edging. Perhaps the thickness of the cushion was not enough to fabricate flawlessly.

Delivered almost a month late. Cushion design not at all as shown on website. Seat and back cushion dimensions are different and mismatched. Website doesn't suggest coming from foreign country. Overall a terrible experience, would never recommend to anyone.

Felt like customer service follow up was quite lacking. Was supposed to get a refund and never received confirmation of one Have tried calling several times and emailing requesting status and never got contacted back for follow up. Quite disappointed

Wish I had found these reviews before I ordered! This is not a trustworthy business but I was fooled by the professionalism of their website. Delivery date for the cushion I ordered has come and gone. No response from company about my request for information regarding the status of my order. Thank goodness I only ordered a cushion!

Delivery was delayed and dates kept being promised by email that didn’t happen. There was never an explanation for the delay and after tracking the package found out it was shipping from India. Once I received the items the quality was very good.

So far a 1 but would give them a zero at this point
Ordered 2 bench cushions end of March - supposed to ship aroundd the 21st April
To date have not recd - keep saying they r in production and giving me bad shipping dates

Customer service has been extremely poor. The order was late and to date, two cushions are still missing from the order. I wrote to request to know when they would be delivered or when a refund would be issued and no one has responded. I would not buy from this vendor ever again and would not recommend them to anyone I know.

Would never use this company don’t seem to care about there customers needs. Purchased cushions and paid extra for a specific day to be delivered never got an update on order never showed up on my delivery date. Customer service pretty much said it’s gonna be another week and a half to get them they would not let me cancel order.

I placed an order Jan 19, 2026 for $2,300 worth of furniture, a sectional and chair. After asking for status updates and being told it would ship soon, on March 9, I received cushions only. Update (August 2026): I received all my custom made furniture, it took 7 months but the site is legit and the furniture is actually great quality. It took some pressuring emails to get things moving but happy with the furniture I received.
