I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with PassMeFast and feel others should be aware before signing up.
I first made an enquiry in April 2025, when their salesman confidently promised I’d be able to pass within 3 months through their intensive crash course, specifically saying I should be done by July. Trusting that timeline, I paid the deposit.
However, just a week later, I discovered my test had actually been booked for September. When I called to question this, they blamed it on backlog issues, something that was never mentioned before I paid. All I got was a simple apology.
I then asked them to find me an earlier test date if possible. Instead, they cancelled my September booking and rebooked it for October, which completely went against what I requested. After calling again, I received yet another apology, only for the test to be moved again to November.
So to summarise: enquiry in April, test booked in November. This is nowhere near the 3-month promise they used to sell the course. It felt like complete false advertising.
On top of that, there were issues with the instructor being unavailable due to illness, which meant I couldn’t even take the test in November as planned. In the end, I didn’t pass until February 2026, over 10 months after my initial enquiry.
Overall, the service was poor, and the customer support was even worse. Constant rescheduling, broken promises, and no accountability.
I would strongly advise avoiding this company. You’re far better off saving your money and going directly to a local 1-to-1 instructor over a few days rather than paying a middleman who overpromises and underdelivers.
EDIT: THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY, SAYING I PASSED AND GOT MY 30 HOURS (ALSO SNEAKILY REMOVING MY REVIEW). WHAT ABOUT THE PROMISE AND TIMEFRAME YOU GAVE ME? WASTING MY TIME; THIS PROMISE HAS AFFECTED SO MUCH.
DON'T REMOVE MY REVIEW. I PAID FOR THE SERVICE; I HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS TO WRITE MY VIEW OF YOUR SERVICE. YOU KEEP REMOVING IT; I WILL KEEP POSTING IT OR EVEN TAKE LEGAL ACTION IF REQUIRED.

Very poor communication - No urgent support
Very poor communication when requesting a refund. Been pushed from one department to another. Just hit the 3 week period without my refund processed despite them mentioning it takes this amount of time.
Left the course due to personal reasons but this is not a crash course that can ensure a pass over a short period of time. you must book your test yourself first then start the lessons.
