Very poor communication - No urgent support
Very poor communication when requesting a refund. Been pushed from one department to another. Just hit the 3 week period without my refund processed despite them mentioning it takes this amount of time.
Left the course due to personal reasons but this is not a crash course that can ensure a pass over a short period of time. you must book your test yourself first then start the lessons.

This course that you offer is absolutely shocking. You offer test alerts that do not happen, so I sat there waiting for these test alerts to come through to book my test for ages, when I could have just done it myself. Yes I got a refund, but you still failed to provide that service. I had to sort that test out completely by myself.
I was told that I had an instructor assigned to me. I was receiving calls and messages to pay the remaining sum of money (over £1000) to get in contact with them and start setting up lessons.
I did not have to pay the full amount, it could have been in instalments, but that added interest and as a fresh graduate, I didn’t want to spend more money than I had to.
As I did not have a test booked yet, I didn’t see the point in giving you my money right then and there. I asked one of your employees how this worked. They told me that if I hadn’t paid the amount needed after 35 days, that the driving instructor could pull out and I’d be assigned someone new. I thought this was fine and continued to wait until I had a test booked.
I then start receiving calls telling me that I had to pay or my account would be put on hold and the instructor would leave. These calls came very close to the deadline. I didn’t have that money available at that time. I told you there had been some miscommunication as I wasn’t told my account would go on hold and I would have to pay £50 to get it back. I was told this would be raised.
Nothing came of it, I was lied to and expected to pay £50.
I continued to hold on until I had a test booked. I finally booked one. At this point I’ve been with you about 2 months and so far I have done everything. All you have done is lie to me and take my money.
I call to speak to someone about taking my account off hold and paying the remaining amount because I am trapped. I can’t get my money back, so I have no other option but to continue with this stupid course.
I am messed around by robots and non existent live chats and nothing could help me.
I lied and said I was a non-existing customer to speak to a human.
A human took my account off hold and helped set up my driving course and took the full amount of money.
My instructor is still assigned to me. As stated previously I was told they would be let go as I had waited longer than 35 days.
Another lie!
I get in contact with the instructor and explain my situation. I just needed someone to teach me in a manual. I didn’t need help with the test route as my test is booked an hours drive away and my parents said they’d take me. She explained that in order for her to teach me, I’d have to drive to Bedford to meet her and she’d drive me around there.
I cannot drive, so no, I can’t drive to Bedford to meet her. She is meant to teach me to drive funnily enough, that’s why I booked this “number 1 in the uk driving course”
(it’s actually a scam)
She told me that I am being charged £100 an hour and she would only receive £30. So where is my money going?
To the robot who can’t actually do anything it’s meant to do?
To the people who lie to you on the phone?
To the app that’s meant to help you and have a live chat (the live chat doesn’t exist)
I have had to do everything myself, so if I’d just done it all myself in the first place, I would have only had to pay about £600 for 20 hours and that’s it. I booked the intensive because it said it could help me pass in as soon as 3 weeks!!!! It’s been over 2 months!!!!
Days go by and I wasn’t assigned another instructor. Time was ticking, my test is fast approaching.
Today I was assigned a new instructor. We will see how it goes. I’m not confident at all that I will pass.
Don’t waste your time and don’t waste your money!
I’m now out £1500. That money was from my savings and would have been used to move out to get my dream job that I’ve spent 4 years at uni working hard for. I can’t get a refund and unfortunately now have to endure what’s left of this stupid course.

I just wanted to say how genuinely impressed and grateful I was after my phone call with Kasim. Kasim was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and professional from start to finish.
Even though the phone line wasn’t very clear at times, they never became frustrated or rushed me. They took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure I fully understood what was being discussed. I really appreciated how approachable and understanding they were.
The whole experience was extremely efficient and reassuring. It’s not often you come across someone who is so genuinely helpful and professional, and I felt very well looked after during the call.
