Unfortunately, I can't recommend ordering at all. I ordered this week on Black Friday (November 23) hoping for delivery in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, this could not be fulfilled. When I asked when it could be delivered, I was told that it would be sent between Christmas and New Year's Eve because the children were ill. However, I didn't receive anything until mid-January and when I asked, I was told that the suppliers hadn't delivered yet, but my tie had already been cut to size and I couldn't withdraw from the contract. However, after another 6 weeks nothing arrived, I asked again and only received a very unfriendly reply. My tie would supposedly be sent the same week. After this did not happen either, I informed the credit card company. After the bank got involved, they sent me a message saying that the tie was now ready. After a request from the credit card institute to send the tie, otherwise he would not receive the amount collected, he did not send the tie. I received my money back from the bank at the beginning of may. If my bank had not intervened, I would probably have neither my money nor a product. I generally recommend that companies communicate more, because then customers are more willing to wait. I never received a message from this company, only when I asked.

The product is nice but delivery time was x2 the one expected.

I purchased four ties from Gianni in late November of 2023. I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase, from the vintage silks to the expert handmade construction. I highly recommend the product and the service and would argue that these ties are wearable art.

However, you need to take into account the time it takes to make theses products by hand before taking an order. Personally, I received my order after 3 months, but it was well worth the wait.

Truly unique and beautiful custom made ties, first class personalized service from Gianni (and his wife too!). They are my first stop when I am looking for special and hard to get ties and pocket squares!

These are my favorite ties in the world. And I have many different ties, but my five from Gianni are without a doubt the best. Looking forward to number six and beyond…

9 weeks and still have not got a tracking number

I just received my second Passagio tie. It took a while since it was not in stock and made just for me. It was worthwile, like the fist one. Great fabric, great design. Adds a great shine to the wardrobe. Thanks!

Delighted with my tie - which like other reports took a little time to arrive - but when I advised I wanted it for a particular occasion it then arrived in good time - I think a great product and fabric which is the right length and which improtantly ties a great knot. I will be back for more...

I find Passagio Cravatte ties are unique and beautiful. They remind me of my father’s most sublime collection of ties which he unfortunately discarded when he retired. If you are a tie enthusiast and you see something you like on their website, don’t hesitate. They are exquisitely made and the fabrics are lovely.

As for service, I have never had delivery issues and I live in Canada.

Update as of 5 March : package finally arrived , almost 3 months since placing the order . The packaging was poor and the ties were in need of a good and careful ironing to remove creases. I like the materials and colors and they are of good quality . However, it takes much more than a good product to make a customer happy.

Again, lovingly made, a beautiful item.

A wonderful purchase - the quality of the tie is second to none, extremely light. The experience has been great - was updated regularly.
