This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I will never deal with this company again! And I will make sure to tell everybody to never deal with this company because they suck and their customer service sucks and their returns sucks and their delivery sucks everything about this company sucks!!!!!!!!!

I spent 60€ on Halloween outfit, after purchase I opened a pack and found items were missing. They refused to give return. 60€ in the bin

Ik schrok me rot toen ik hier de slechte reacties las, mijn pakket was een dag te laat en ik vreesde het ergste na een bezoekje hier. Maar grappig genoeg ontving ik diezelfde dag later een keurige mail mét track en trace en vanmiddag had ik de spullen in huis! Goede kwaliteit en goed verpakt!! Niks mis mee!

I am extremely dissapointed with the service from this company. I am awaiting 9 days now for my item to be delivered. I have emailed the company and have not had any reply as of yet. I will not be purchasing from this company again and I most certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

The worst experience and treatment I've ever experienced in almost 68 years. I went today to buy my 3 yr old grandson a halloween decoration. I was greeted by security who said "You have to have a mask on". I stated. " I'm medically exempt". She proceeded to demand my proof. I stated " I do not have to provide that. It is between me and me physician" She said "Ok". So far so good. I picked up the item I went for. She stood nearby me the entire time, watching as if I was a criminal. I proceeded to the check-out. As I did, she brought a young man over. He did not identify himself, nor his position in the store. He became quite rude and verbally aggressive, Demanding loudly for me to put on a mask. I re-iterated to him that I am medically exempt. He said " I had to prove it" I said "not according to the bylaw" He told me " You don't know what your talking about", loud enough for anyone in the store to hear. I again said " it's between me and my doctor". He Told me to leave the store, pointing to the door...but of course waited until I paid.
I went out to the car and looked up the bylaw. I took it back in to show him. He came over walking angrily, almost stomping. I said "I brought the bylaw in to show you". He refused to look at it. Pointed to the door and said "Get out". I asked his name. "Brannon". As I was leaving he said." Get out of the store and get off the property. The exit is over there" , pointing towards it. I swore at him.
I have NEVER been treated this rudely by Anyone Ever in my almost 68 years on this Earth and definitely Never in the past almost 2 years. In ANY other store, bank or business of any sort, when I said I was medically exempt, I was given NO problems.
I left the location, called the head office and placed a formal complaint. The girl was very upset at how I had been treated. She agreed there was NO excuse for how he treated me.
I guarantee that if they ask him, He Will Lie. If this comes to an unsatisfactory resolve to my liking, I will contact a lawyer.
I will NEVER IN Any lifetime shop at Party City and since they are affiliated with Canadian Tire, it is very doubtful that I will shop there either.

Op de site staat binnen 4 werkdagen. Mijn pakket is al 3 weken besteld en betaald en niet binnen. Geen terug reactie van de winkel. Mijn pakket is niet eens ontvangen door DHL. Stelletje oplichters !!! Geld pakken en niet geen product afleveren .meer dan10 e-mail gestuurd want telefoonnummer kan ik nergens vinden

Pedí 2 disfraces con tiempo suficiente para un día concreto y así confirmado por la página.
Cuando llegó el paquete, sin previo aviso solo llegó 1 disfraz, cuando pedidos y pagados estaban los dos. Me dijeron que se les había agotado y por eso solo enviaron 1.
Si pido 2 es porque necesito 2 ¿no? tuve que buscar y pagar gastos innecesarios por urgencia en otro sitio para que me llegara a tiempo el disfraz y uno de mis hijos no se quedara sin poder disfrazarse el día que toca.
Si me hubiesen avisado de que no podían cumplir con el pedido en lugar de enviar sólo uno, me hubiese dado tiempo a elegir otro disfraz para los dos. Pero no, me ocasionaron perdida de tiempo y dinero.

Unterirdisch. Zum zweiten mal bestellt zum zweiten mal keine Zustellung, sehr sehr ärgerlich kann den Shop nicht weiterempfehlen. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man einfach keine Rückmeldung.

Richtig übel . Falscher Artikel versendet und für die retour mussten wir die Kosten selber tragen . Bloß nichts bestellen .

Ho deciso di acquistare su questo sito, un vestito di Halloween per il mio bimbo, ero impaurita perché prima di proceder all’ordine ho letto un po’ di recensioni.. quasi del tutto negative.. la merce mi è arrivata a casa dopo pochi giorni ed è tutto conforme alla descrizione ! Sono soddisfatta

I ordered some balloons and paid for delivery about a month before my events. I checked the store in person one week before the event to confirm. They told me everything is fine and my balloons will be delivered at 11:00 am on the date of event. The party was starting at 12:00 pm and the balloons arrived by Uber at 2:00 pm. I called the store several times and they were telling me the Uber hasn’t arrived. I would never trust party city for delivery. I don’t care if that was Uber’s fault. It was party city’s responsibility to deliver my stuff at the right time. :(

Utter rubbish, waste of time. At the time where China Malls are all over, you would think that such a place would appreciate customer support. Please don't waste your time here, look elsewhere

There’s plenty of staff but somehow they’re always looking the other way. Over priced merchandise. Filthy store.

Producten ontvangen, maar de retourportal werkt niet waardoor ik geen retour kan aanmaken. Contact gezocht, maar ik krijg geen reactie. Hoe krijg ik nou mijn 200 euro terug?

Wat ik had besteld niet gekregen al 3 mailtjes gestuurd nog niks terug ontvangen ik was €52 kwijt ik wil wel .de spullen hebben die ik besteld heb

Brutal quality and way overpriced.
I order a pennywise mask that arrived in bits. The hair was matted and the mask was bent out of shape.
I expected it to be like the picture considering they raised the price from €86.99 to €92.99.
It’s not worth the money. I have since found another Irish site that sell the same costumes for literally half the price (including the exact same pennywise mask)!!

Ich habe am 5. August bestellt und bis dato weder Ware noch eine Rückmeldung auf meine Nachfragen hierzu erhalten. Hier bestelle ich garantiert nie wieder.
