PartsVu always have the products I need for maintaining my boat. Shipments are always super fast and packed good. Prices can’t be beat is my number one reason for staying with PartsVu. They also have some super discount sells during the year.

Your supply chain is broken you charged our card and ten ordered our parts from a supplier and a forwarding agent and noted delivery would be handled by USPS once the agent moved the parts to an awaiting shipping label a week later. You then failed to honor a request to cancel almost two weeks after the initial order we won't do business with you again

You guys did a great job shipping, customer service is great calling to make sure the order was correct because it was a two-part awkward order.
I recently ordered from another online boating place to save literally a dollar and regretted it.

The convenience of getting all of the filters and lubricants in a kit based off the engine type and HP made shopping very easy. Even with my older boat the PartsVu tech was able to tell me which oils and filters I needed.

I would like some one to take the fuel filter for mercury boat 879885Q and see how they do not fit the fuel disconnect fitting's that i returned witch the package states 5/16--I measured those fitting and they are 3/8 is why i returned them and you held back the shipping charges from my refund--the mistake is your packaging. please e-mail back that someone check the fittings

I have been buying my boat parts from PartsVu for a while now and have never been disappointed. I had ordered a 25 HP Yamaha this time. It was a great price. the only complaint I would have if any, was that it was two weeks before I got an update on the ship time for my motor after their initial order confirmation. My order came in by carrier and the box looked like it was never touched. Perfect condition! Great price and service as always. PartsVu is my boat part vendor of choice.

I was out of town and had order sent to ArBnb I was staying in. Did not realize the place had no mailbox, and USPS sent package back. I contacted PartVu and they resent package to my home address. Communication was easy and stress free.

PartsVu is my trusted source for all of my boat parts. I find their service people very helpful and often call with my engine model number to make sure I am getting the right maintenance equipment for my engine. I never got a wrong part yet.

Available parts and prices are good. I do not like the constant barrage of emails when I put something in my cart. I had sent a message for the "discount" I was promised and it took 4 days for a reply. By the time I got a reply, I had received 8 or 9 messages about my order and cart. AFTER it shipped, I got a coupon code for $25 off, and the "discount" I got was only $15. If you want 5 stars, stop with the over filling of my email, and offer the $25 from the beginning or don't offer it at all. Ticks customers off to get a better deal after they bought what they needed.

I place an order a month ago.
I never received the order. I called and spoke with a customer service rep two weeks ago and she apologized and said they would send a new order out. Two weeks later and I still haven’t received.
