I ordered the part for vent a hood my stove and…

I ordered the part for my stove and quickly realized it was the wrong part. I tried to cancel it but it wouldn’t allow me to do that. I immediately wrote an email with my order number attached and sent it to the company. My order was never cancel. No one from this company contacted me as I had ask them to. Be careful of companies that don’t have a cancellation on their website. Now I have to go to the trouble to return a product that doesn’t work for me. I called the company the person I spoke with was horribly rude and told me basically to bad. Nothing I could do about it. I will never do business with this company again.

The dryer door latch broke Wednesday…

The dryer door latch broke Wednesday before Thanksgiving while I was at work my girlfriend call me up and told me about it before she and the kids had to go visit her mother. I took a look at the problem when I got home , and ordered on Thanksgiving. I got the latch on Monday . Problem fixed just had deal with one weekend to use masking tape to keep the door close. Fast shipping

Very Satisfied!!

The soap drawer and front cover I ordered for our Maytag machine was sent promptly and was genuine Maytag parts at less cost than most every other seller.

Correct part number was on the package. Wrong part was in the package. I called to get it replaced with the correct part. I was told by the "customer service" replaced that I would have to call the manufacturer, that you guys can't help. Really? After you took my money you can't do any better than that? To hell with you.

Good Service

Ordered a part for our dishwasher and it delivered on time. Installed the hose and the dishwasher is up and running. Great experience.
