Was sent the wrong part entering the model number of our unit. The invoice showed a picture of the right part, but what was in the box was completely different.

Now, they want a 20% re-stock fee and me to pay the shipping IF they approve the return at all.

I would look elsewhere ( just like us) if I were you.

The item was just as described on the website, delivered in a very timely manner, very pleased with customer service as they kept me posted on when my order was going to arrive. Thanks PartsIPS will definitely do with you again.

Had the experience of many others here. Product never arrives. I have spent over two weeks trying to get this resolved. Guy on phone (when he answers) promises response by the end of the day (three times). Then says I need to send an email (okay, how about three) still no response. Scam, scam, scam. Have the CC company dealing with them now after week three.

Terrible experience. This website feels like a scam. They show parts as “IN STOCK,” but after you place the order and pay, suddenly the part is not actually in stock and they tell you they are waiting for it from the factory.

The information on the website is completely misleading. If a part is not physically in stock, don't advertise it as IN STOCK and take customers' money based on that information.

Customer service is terrible as well. The person I spoke with was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

I do not recommend this website or this store at all. I would never order anything from PartsIPS again.

Found the part I needed at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly.

Part was easy to find. Shipping was self explanatory and easy. Part was shipped right away and I received it on time. Washer is working and my wife is pleased.

The part was damaged and the balance ring is cracked and leaking fluid. I sent pictures but haven’t heard from you. I put a stop payment on the credit card and a dispute on the charge.

I ordered a shelf for my LG fridge, and their website said that it was compatible with my fridge. But when I got it, it did not fit, so I had to return under their 30 day policy. Despite the fact that their website was wrong, I still ended up getting back less than half my money, after return shipping and restocking fee. Do not use this merchant!

Easy to locate the exact part that was compatible with my appliance. Super quick shipping and the product was very well packed.

Never received item. Was notified of item being damaged during shipping, but only after I had to reach out to inquire about the item not arriving. Awaiting a refund per email from PartsIPS.
