The lead time on delivery was so long I actually forgot I had ordered. Quite unacceptable in 2022, I would expect a lead time of a week at most not months!!

I ordered some B&D Dustbuster filters from them online, which are not readily available these days because they are for an old model. The price is reasonable, sale and dispatch confirmation was swift. Item arrived very quickly in good packaging. I am therefore, very happy.

Hi I ordered parts for Festool dust extractor 2 items on different occasions and in each case the parts were delivered very quickly and fitted with out any problems

My order having suffered a delivery delay and issue, Partshop has been impeccable in the way they handle the situation. They have re-sent the package no questions asked, at no cost. Later on, the first package finally arrived, just a few days after the second, and they have graciously decided to just let me keep the items.
This kind of customer service is just to rare not to be rewarded by a 5-star review. So here it is. Thank you Partshop team.

I ordered parts to overhaul my Makita saw but the items sent were not as described.

The website description states the unit I needed was sold as”complete” however when it arrived all I received was a single component without the ancillary nuts and bolts required to fit it.

I tried emailing to get the issue resolved but to no avail. I tried to Pursue a complaint through 2 managers who both claimed they were both too busy to talk to me.

The person I spoke to was not prepared to send the fittings I needed (and had expected as part of the initial order) he stated I would need to order them separately and incur an additional charge for these parts- which would have cost the company a few pounds- I was told if I didn’t like it return the order.

Consequently the entire order valued at £130 is being returned because the company will not accept that an item they describe as “complete” is inaccurately described and they will not provide the ancillary parts as a good will gesture.

AVOID Completely awful service. apparently posted motor armature, field and carbon brushes, but in a flimsy bubble wrap bag that split. Armature only arrived but is the wrong armature for the drill. 1 week wasted wit downtime on the job, then chippy service assistant blithely states how "accommodating" he is being by offering a free return and offering a full refund. Duh!! That's the legal minimum. I the have to expend more time on taking it over to the post office. Won't even stretch to the 75p to have it picked up by the Post Office. Great service excellent website to identify my spare part I required also managed to get a dust bag and blades for my Makita plane thanks again parts received in a couple of days as promised first class

Phoned on Monday to check that a part for Makita hedge trimmer was in stock, ordered online, part delivered by Royal Mail on Thursday. Price was good as well.

having read the reviews i wasn't certain whether i should order, however after the most recent review, i did. the order was processed and sent out the next working day, it arrived within a couple of days. no complaints with service or product

Was a bit skeptical to order after reading all these bad reviews, but ordered as we couldn't find the part anywhere else. It was a Makita part for a nail gun. Just thought I should leave a review saying that it came and was fine. It took just over a week but I was fully prepared for it to take a while as ordered during corona pandemic.

I can't fault there service at all fast response. I now have my makita saw up and running again thanks to them, prices were reasonable, will definitely order parts again I just don't understand some of the negetive reveiws. Well done parts direct. A. Faulkner. Birmingham.

Fair price, quick delivery.
One piece I ordered had been discontinued by Makita and it took a couple days to be made aware (my own fault as I was checking wrong e-mail)
Instant refund on the item and the rest arrived a couple days later.

Postage to the Highlands wasn't at an extortionate surcharge either, which is common from most companies.

I was discerned by the other reviews on trust-pilot, but I am glad to say my experience with this company was fine.

Useless! cant even be bothered to return calls even though they promise to, i called back twice, nothing!! waste of time and effort.

Terrible customer service takes weeks if it ever arrives !
Excuses after excuses never get any email correspondence!
Called then 3 times totally useless and 7 emails no response.
Each time you call you get promises but nothing ever happens.
Told last time I contacted them my parcel was with Royal Mail but guess what Royal Mail say no !

I ordered a few parts for my saw, the items never arrived and after waiting more then a month the company told me that there is nothing they can do. The post office here (Italy) never got any package and i ended up paying 30 pounds for a package i never got.
