Wish I could give no stars, as I have still not received the component that was ordered on the 12th December.

Absolutely useless been waiting 10 days for a part and when I phoned to find a time of arrival had to wait 5 minutes to be told my query could not be answered. Very quick to take money but extremely slow in producing goods.

Ordered the wrong part (my fault) returned . No complaints

Several times I have tried to contact you in business hours and after listening to the lengthy messages and navigating the call menu, I finally get told you are closed between the times I am calling. Also you cannot create an account when ordering a part so I isn't possible to check online the progress of the delivery or cancel an order without going through the pain of phoning up.

Delivery was supposed to be done last week [w/c 13/12] - with no notification this was changed to "mavbe on Christmas Eve..."

Pretty poor service

Poor website not showing the correct parts for certain machines. Poor customer service when you eventually get through to the person you need to speak to. Accused me of odering the wrong part when the website cleary states in black and white this part fits my model. Postage is far too expensive. I ended up getting the correct part from e-spares with no issues at all. Still waiting for my refund from Hotpoint, over 2 weeks since I sent it back to them.

After calling customer services about the spare parts delay, they soon resolved the problem and parts were here the next day .thanks

Excellent service, delivery could have been a little quicker but I was warned that there may be a delay.

Will buy again.

Way overpriced for a very small clip, not only that, it was delivered by courier in a big plastic bag for a part about 10mm x 10mm and weighing about 3 grams. What a terrible carbon footprint.

Ordered and oven seal, received something completely different. Will never get the seal in time to cook my Christ dinner now. Paid £36 and now have to drive around to try and get a seal in time.

Item ordered 10 days ago, still not here.

Great service. Easy to use online ordering and speedy delivery.

Part arrived only 1 day late, fits perfectly and not damaged. I received an email in advance to say there may be a delay.

Still not received drum paddle , ordered a week ago

When there is a long reply you know it's not great.

I ordered something online 7th Dec expecting next day delivery - I didn't get a tracking number when I ordered online which was odd.

I called 10th Dec to ask where my delivery was? the telephone operator said there was a warehouse delay but it is on its way and he would refund me delivery fee. The package will arrive the next day.

I should have got a tracking number but I thought it would arrive this time....

I had to call the 16th Dec to chase up again as it's now 2 failed 'next day deliveries'. The lady I spoke to said looks like the delivery service lost the package and she would ship a new one to me... and the following day it actually arrived.

they need to email over delivery tracking reference and I had to call repeatedly to chase up, maybe it's the delivery service's fault.

telephone support - 4 stars -

the 1st phone call, the guy was very nice and in the end, it looks like the delivery service messed up.

the 2nd phone call, the lady I spoke to was nice and I actually got next day delivery finally.

Good availability, a little expensive and postage is premium price for basic service but overall, a very simple experience with genuine parts delivered in accordance to all comms.

ordered parts with next day delivery on a monday but not received by thursday . chat never works takes ages to get through on phone. not impressed
