I was a bit wary and stressed as to how to pack and wrap the parcel without contravening any import/export laws, but the parcel2ship website made it all easy, their FAQ had all the information to hand that i needed, however i was still wary of the paperwork that had to be printed off and attached to the parcel, so i contacted parcel2ship directly by phone, again parcel2ship were there with all the help i needed, i even took a picture of the parcel with the paperwork attached and sent it via e-mail to them, just to be sure i had done it correctly, and they were there to offer all the help i needed.....and so armed with my parcel and the details required attached to it, i waited with anticipation for it to be collected, after a little while on the day of collection, my chosen courier arrived and collected the parcel, i was given a slip that contained the tracking number, and so for the next week i tracked the parcel from the UK all the way to Australia, which by the way was very easy to do via the website, i dont know why i was stressed and worried, such a lot of fuss over nothing, i can thoroughly recommend parcel2ship as the service the provided and the help i recieved was first class in every respect, i will use parcel2ship again when i next send a parcel from the northern hemisphere to the southern hemisphere.

I needed to send a large parcel to a foreign PO Box, and many internet delivery companies won't touch this type of consignment. I found a courier that would do it, and Parcel2ship double-checked it for me. Collection went perfectly and it cleared customs like a dream. There was a slight problem with delivery, but I emailed Parcel2ship and received 3 emails overnight; the last one included a screenshot of the tracking page from the courier. The parcel had obviously been delivered shortly after my email.

I have used this company once before a long time ago and they weren't terribly good. Their attitude and service has changed completely and for the better. Highly recommended especially if you have a tricky parcel to send.

I have used parcel2ship on a couple of occasions now and would recommend to anyone wishing to send a parcel to Europe. The prices are reasonable, and they have always collected my parcels on time and as planned. Tracking your parcel is also easy using the link they provided and in my experience the parcels are delivered very speedily indeed. I had 2 boxes picked up on Wednesday and they arrived safe and sound in spain on Monday. Can't be bad. The only confusion I had was related to weight versus dimension. Both together weighed less than 30Kg, but it appears that dimensions trumps weight and although both boxes were smaller thn the given dimensions I had to send them as 2 different consignments because only ONE box can be sent per consignment. Just be aware of this as it meant that the cost was quite a bit more than initially anticipated. Still a good company to use and as such will defo use again in the future.

I have used Parcel2Ship a few times over the years to send heavy/bulky items and have found their service to be efficient and cost effective. They use well known couriers. I would recommend to others.

Everything went smoothly. Pickup of item was well within the time frame given. What I liked was that I could write my own address detail without having to wait for labels etc. The item was delivered safely and again, on time. I have used this service before and am confident enough to use again.

Had a complicated shipment to Switzerland. Went onto the website and found they offered the best price. Phone with queries; staff helpful, cheerful and very patient. All customs forms available to download. Everything made so easy. Website easy to navigate and when I phoned, it was answered straight away. Would definitely use again without hesitation.
