They won’t refund my money.
I returned a dress as it wasn’t suitable and 3 weeks after they received it back I am still waiting for a refund. They blame a change in management but this is completely unacceptable. They are now not replying to my emails and there is no telephone number. Don’t buy anything as you may not get your money back.

Quality bikini...bad customer service.
I ordered a bikini from Paper. It didn't arrive with UK Next Day delivery as was my only option at the checkout. Once I chased it up they sent it same day delivery and refunded my delivery. That was about 3/4 days after my order. I then returned the bikini top as the size guide on their website is inaccurate for bra-like tops, and 3 weeks later I haven't received the money or notification that my refund is being processed even though UPS confirmed it arrived at the company. Overall, I think their customer service is terrible. The bikini is good quality and I'm pleased with that, but you expect a lot more from any company these days let alone when you are paying quite a lot for their products.
