I bought a swimsuit that was backordered. Initial communication was very good, they proactively emailed to let me know when it would be shipping in case I missed it on the website. However, the shipping date came and went with no further updates. It's now nearly a month after my item was supposed to ship and I've had no further proactive updates. I chased once and was told it's delayed, given another ship date that came and went. No follow up since then. I've asked for a refund now, I really hope I don't have to initiate a chargeback to get my money. Either way, not a good experience for the price.

I fell in love with a swimsuit and ordered a range of different sizes to try, the order arrived quickly in the U.S. and the packaging was so cute. When it came time to return the items that did not fit, the Customer Service team, specifically Helen was remarkable to work with. She placed no judgement on me and made the process incredibly easy to complete. Helen communicated in a timely manner and genuinely showed an interest in ensuring I was happy with my purchase. She went above and beyond, creating a positive experience for me with the brand, an experience I've never had be this positive with any other brand. Helen, thank you for treating me with respect. To the PAPER London team, thank you for developing a superior product.

Paper London clothes have changed my views on shopping forever. The patterns are so fresh, stand out and gorgeous and the styles so unique, feminine and floaty heaven. It all just exudes happy and playful- we all need more of that and my wardrobe is full of it! Can’t get enough of Paper clothes.

Customer care was super helpful working on an size exchange for me on a out of stock item. Kept me up to date, very proactive and so nice. I was a little worried ordering from a company based outside of the US but they made it easy.

I have SO many clothes from PAPER. They fit beautifully and the fabrics are just a step change in quality. I wear my Martha dress the most, winter and summer and the swimwear is super soft. Such a cool brand, love, love.

So pleased with my Paper jumper and skirt, the fabric quality is excellent and the fit is perfect. I love the loose fit on the jumper especially.

I love my swimsuits and coverups. They are high quality and will last for a long time. I’m sure my daughters will be stealing these pieces from my closet as well. The colors and styles can’t be beat. They shipped fast and came as pictured. I love this company, their style, and their attention to detail.

I ordered a bikini and part of it was on pre-order. Helen from customer services reached out to me and asked whether I wanted to wait for it all to be sent or split the delivery. Every time I have spoken to her, she has been super helpful and really friendly. The response time is really quick too. The bikini is really lovely quality and worth every penny. Would highly recommend.

Paper is a stunning British brand, whose designs I have followed for years. I have pieces that I wear again and again. In fact, my go-to trousers and coat are both Paper. The cut, the quality, the timelessness of the clothes mean they work year in year out. I'm a massive fan.
