It was easy to create a beautiful invite but sending it is a nightmare. I paid what it told me to and then it asked for more. I am not even sure what I was paying for. I can't tell if invites were actually sent. I ended up giving up and going with a simpler, free option that's not as fancy but sufficient. So disappointed.

I hate this website. It always tricks you into a free design, then after you've put in a fair amount of work, suddenly you need to spend $50+ to send your flyer. It uses dark patterns to encourage users to spend money. It isn't until you're deep into the design process that you realize the design you carefully created will cost money to download or send--often above and beyond what you budgeted.

Ridiculous website. Wish I'd read the reviews first before I spent hours creating an invite, after which it tried to charge me an exorbitant amount to send via email! It's actually cheaper to print invites and send them by pos and will will cost zero to just send an email myself, simply with the invite at the bottom. What a scam.

This site is such a scam. They let you create your design and do all the labour of setting it up and then hit you with exorbidant per invite costs. I was creating an invite for my father's funeral and I had to start from scratch with another platform because Paperless Post was hundreds of dollars more than I thought.

This is the most inconsistent application I have ever used. I have tried for 5 days to complete a standard design and upload my email contacts. The system never looks the same twice and often fails to save changes. I suspect it doesn't work well in Safari, even with private browsing. Although it also buggy in Chrome. I daren't trust this go any further and buy coins to actually manage my forthcoming event. Frustrated.

Don’t do it! If I could give this sore zero stars I would. A lot of my family members did not receive the invite, could not RSVP, or even open the link. I tried contacting customer support and they gave me coins credited back, unfortunately, it’s still continued to happen even after their suggestions on how to fix it. Just stay away. Keep your money or send it the old fashion way!

I was pleased with the many cards I sent when I used Paperless Post, they were sent just in time when I used their service.
Also the support I received was very good also . Valerie helped me out and it is much appreciated. Thankyou.

My wife and I wasted several hours trying to create a simple invitation to our son's wedding. The web site fought us at every step, did not allow us to create content or make changes. After two text exchanges and a phone call (which got cut off), we switched to another company. Do NOT use paperlesspost.com!

horrible user interface to amend cards. had to redo the card 5 times because it bugged out and did not let me to amend the text anymore.

When I log onto app I don’t see my account.
Where is the “home” button?
Very frustrating app.

Wasted over an hour just trying to send a simple card. Account confirmation didn't work, then logged out and couldn't log back in with the same details. Forgot password didn't send a new update so went round in circles just trying to access the account. Absolutely poor system, waste of time.

I agree with the other reviewers. Considering this software has been around forever, I'm surprised at how poorly designed and buggy it is. From design to tracking of RSVPs. The software is so bad that it miscalculated my tally of 'Attending', and misled me to have less attending than I had RSVPs for. Who would think a simple addition algorithm could be messed up? But they did. This almost ruined my whole wedding as we have to squeeze people in now. I'm devastated. You also can't 'Print a guest list'. It's terrible for the price charged.

What a total piece of garbage!!!!

Who are the morons that created the address book import algorithm? And why can't we just import the # guests also? If we have 100s of guests, we are forced to go line by line to change the # guests. Absolutely insane!!

On top of this, we should be able to attach different address lists to different events.

And then if I change a contact in the address book, it should change across all the lists. It's the same damn contact!

I totally regret using this POS (piece of software).

The easiest platform to use and the most creative cards! I love it and use it for every e-invite!

Ridiculously difficult to use this software. I spent hours trying to edit my custom design, and the template wouldn’t let me change or move things. I tried deleting the project and although it said the work was deleted, it wasn’t. Basically the project was frozen. I couldn’t edit nor could I delete it. I ended up deleting my account in order to get rid of the project, thinking I could open a new account and start over. Then I couldn’t sign up for a new account because they had my email already in their system. I ended up using Greenvelope which was much easier to use.

Delivery was swift to UK based emails I took heed of other reviews and didn’t attempt to send to a UK phone number but it does actually say on checkout where you input the phone or email ‘phone US only’

Quality was good get a free sample sent to email too

The only knock to my review was that you pay for it in points it’s a bit odd I just want to pay by card and be done no point system thing - Please get rid of this feature and allow people to check out as guests!! Not everyone feels comfortable giving loads of details especially if they are shopping with you for the first time and uneasy about the legitimacy of your business

Absolutely horrible. Spent ages editing invite only to find out it can't be sent to phone numbers outside US/Canada. I'm in Australia, so completely useless to me. Wish I'd known this at the start. Tried to generate HTML link to share, but for some reason this wouldn't work, although it showed up on my friends app. Maybe the android version is faulty? Pretty serious issue if so. I downloaded the app today, so I know it doesn't need updates. Just terrible. AVOID!

Great service - the design experience is very more’ish - love it 💘

Really a crummy interface for as much as you pay for the service.
We easily wound up paying over a dollar per invitation. The service boasts that you can send invites to phones (text message) as well as email. However, if you have a bounce-back email, or an invitation that isn't opened, you can't change the method of delivery to try and get in touch with your recipient in a different way. Adding multiple emails (when inviting couples and families) is impossible, and the interface doesn't quite allow you to easily add the names of multiple recipients in one family. Obviously, the providers would rather rope you into paying for as many attendees as possible.
With so many alternatives, I have no idea why anyone would use this.

Absolutely love this service and just found out they do allll kinds of cards so very convenient for Xmas time. I’m surprised how few people still don’t know of it in Europe so it’s still a nice ‘surprise’ for some to receive their holiday greetings this way. Had to use customer service- they are really helpful too.
