Our 2024 model smart TV is just the worst device I have ever used. Response to remote is really slow (several seconds often), it locks up, fails to respond at all and turns on ina random location - so... Zobacz więcej

Microwave is less than 3 months old - damaged door. Wanted a million photos but none of them were good enough, made suggestions about 'mis-use' and a was a tactic to avoid doing anything. Advised me to keep using it but it blew the house electrics. Save your heartache and buy a reputable brand.
Waiting for my Bosch Oven to be delivered.
Happy to amend if there is a resolution.
What a joke
What a joke, Panasonic microwave blew our electrics, microwave now dead and door won’t shut, bought 31/10/24 curry’s not interested as over a month old, Panasonic messed us about with engineer booking and had to chase up several times, now told they only have one engineer working in Wales and he can’t get to us until 12/2/25.
Absolutely useless customer service and not good enough. Bring back the good old days when you took things back to the stores
Prompt customer service and fast delivery
It is unusual to be able to talk to a person these days. I had a query about warranty registration and my call was answered in about 30 seconds and my query resolved immediately.
By registering on the Panasonic website I received a discount code which meant that purchasing directly was cheaper than any other retailer. I was also impressed by the speedy delivery. I received my items within 2 days.
The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars is because I was told I would only get 12 months warranty. But on checking my order confirmation it clearly says Technics headphones get 24 months. The website is unclear on this and customer service staff are not correct.
Terrible Service!
Received a microwave on the 8th January and within about half an hour unpacked it. The microwave would not sit steady and rocked on the feet from one corner to another. I immediately contacted Panasonic via 'Live Chat' and provided photographic and measurements evidence that the product was faulty. Had to wait for someone to email me with next steps. Nothing arrived. After chasing up by 'Live Chat' on the 9th January I was told that I should have emailed but the lady would raise a further incident number. I followed up with an email immediately after. In the morning 10th January I emailed the complaints department.
Late afternoon 13th January I phoned the helpdesk and I was told someone should have emailed me.
They now want to collect the microwave and return to their warehouse before they'll send another. They needed 72hrs notice to arrange the collection. it's looking like it'll be 2 weeks since first receiving the microwave before I get the replacement.
They refused to arrange collection and delivery the same day.
Large company that doesn't care about customers.
Awful service.
Pathetic. No customer service could help with where my item is. Bought a tv and just not dispatched. No reason. No help. What do I do?
Awful Company!
Purchased a microwave and after 2 years of very little use, the unit caught fire.
Panasonic would not accept liability and said that it was down to user error.
We pre cooked a potato for 3 mins!
Awful company and I'd never purchase anything from them again.
Cannot be trusted
They first sent a DAB-radio which had a wonky front-panel and were arsy with me when I explained the problem over the phone; by chat, they were more official-sounding. They then sent another and about a year later and having just placed the radio nearer to the window, the light obviously brighter, a slight mark in the form of a dot has been noticed. Might sound nothing, yet I didn't pay for used items. The products should be brand-new out the factory, and it is looking as if companies wishing to keep the wages of their top-bosses following the pandemic are doing so by selling customers seconds (that is, rejected items put to one side by factories).
Panasonic also don't provide warranties on items which should have plans available.
So, all in all, they make nice products, while essentially, they're thieving from people; therefore, they're an evil company.
There are alternative brands which have been around as long, such as Sony, and so I would tend towards buying from those businesses which don't steal and would keep to this as a sort of fundamental premise - it's a matter of self-respect.
Don't buy direct from Panasonic!!!
I don't know what is happenong at this company, but their behaviour towards it's customers is nothing short of atrocious!
Be warned....if you must buy panasonic go to an established retailer and NOT Panasonic direct.
Their customer service is apalling, unable to resolve issues without passing to the next level, whom you never hear from, unanswered e-mails, and no where to go, all nos listed on line are unavailable, only so called customer care no available, you cannot speak to anyone else other than the 1st line at point of contact.
I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life.
I believe the entire office operation has relocated outside of the uk, leaving a poorly managed customer care line!! which is useless.
I have been able to mail the CEO but without response.
The damage they are doing to their brand is truly shocking.
I will be contacting my credit card co as a last resort to raise a dispute.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service and complete disregard for their legal obligations. I’ve been trying to return an item I bought, but despite countless calls and chats, they’ve done nothing. Every time I contact them, they open a pointless ‘case to investigate’ and then go silent. This is a blatant failure to comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires them to handle returns and refunds promptly. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid shopping on the Panasonic UK website at all costs.
Do Not Buy Panasonic Ovens
Unfortunately my girlfriend bought a Panasonic oven believing them to be of good quality.
The unit failed and had to be sent in for repair resulting in her having no oven for a number of weeks. Not long after it was repaired it failed again, and went in for repair again. After a huge battle Panasonic agreed to replace it.
Now, just in time for Christmas, the replacement oven has failed and is in the repair shop. It has been there for one month with no communication or contact regarding the status of the repair.
It looks like we will be without the oven for Christmas which is obviously not ideal.
We would strongly advise that anyone looking to buy a Panasonic Oven doesn't as it would seem that not only has the quality of their products gone down hill dramatically but also the quality of their customer service.
Panasonic inverter Microwave ordered…
Panasonic inverter Microwave ordered with Panasonic direct on 27/9/24 It arrived 1/10/24 I opened it on 2/10/24 to find the door was misaligned dropped by 2/3mm in the top where it meets the roof of the unit. Rang 2/10/24 basically told 'this is normal but we'll notify the escalation team and get back to you. I rang them on 7/10/24 as I had not heard from them. Response 'we were just going to ring you the microwave is in perfect condition and good to use ' So I registered it the same day. 3x uses for 30 secs to warm milk on cereal on 3 separate occasions x1 use to cook pizza x1 use to cook chips on 24/10/24 and within 5 minutes of cooking the chips copious amounts of steam was escaping through the gap in the door which I highlighted on 2/10/24 (not vents on either side or back of microwave so rang them on 25/10/24 sent photos/videos via Gmail as requested and was first told this was normal (after reiterating that this was not normal) then a few minutes into the conversation and being put on hold the operator said 'I've spoken to my colleague and he said the microwave is too near the wall that is why steam is coming out of the top of the door'! The microwave was unplugged the same day and hasn't been used since and is now packed back in the original box as of 12/11/24! After 45 emails x18 phone calls between 2/10/24 and 13/11/24 with Dan Emma Michael (Mihai) Kamal Liam Alexandra all in Transylvania ! (may as well have spoken to Count Duckula as I may have got more sense out of him! x2 letters to Panasonic Maxis 2 in Berkshire on 5/11/24 and 11/11/24 one of which was sent next day signed for with no response whatsoever. The upshot is I can send the unit back for inspection at my expense so contacted my bank with all of the above info for a section 75 refund and have been told that the microwave has been used,,,REALLY!!! And as of today 30/11/24 I feel I have been pushed from pillar to post! And now my bank have told me to give Panasonic the opportunity to inspect the microwave..sorry the BRAND NEW MICROWAVE! but we all know what will happen there., I'll be charged for collection/inspection and probably return and be told the microwave is (as their emails suggest) 'The unit has been assessed and deemed to be operating normally' and 'The device is functioning as expected and is free from any faults as such a replacement/refund cannot be offered' So the next step is the TV/Press And probably then taking a trip to the tip!!
Please note DO NOT BUY PANASONIC PRODUCTS FROM THEM DIRECTLY OR FROM ANY OTHER RETAILER AS YOU WILL END UP WITH STRESS HEARTACHE AND FRUSTRATION! PANASONIC ARE A ROUGUE COMPANY AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IF THE PRODUCT DEVELOPES A FAULT/BREAKS DOWN WHETHER OR NOT IT IS WITHIN WARRANTY. ONCE YOU'VE SPENT YOUR MONEY THEY WASH THEIR HANDS OF YOU AS A CUSTOMER. Don't try and ring Panasonic UK as phone lines are non existent and you'll just get through to Transylvania or some other such place Just to get fobbed off with any old excuse. So complain to the OMBUDSMAN WATCHDOG or any consumer TV program/Radio station in the UK but don't waste money on phone calls stamps or spend hours compiling emails/editing photos to send to the Panasonic complaints department as they simply bounce back (TRY IT) because Panasonic just DON'T CARE and will do anything in their power so as to not replace or refund!
Panasonic are history for me now as is my bank probably!
BE WARNED PEOPLE!
P.S can't give zero stars!
Bought a TV through Topcashback
Bought a TV through Topcashback. Panasonic signed up to it. Initially was given the cash back immediately but has since then been declined. Should have gone through curries or John Lewis. Won't buy direct again, in fact won't buy Panasonic. Theìr loss
BAD BAD BAD Both Panasonic AND DHL…
BAD BAD BAD Both Panasonic AND DHL e-Commerce
A copy of email sent Monday 21st November
Panasonic.Good morning,
PS76370480 delivered.
PS76370533 undelivered!
The above order remains undelivered with emails coming from DHL eCommerce stating when I open them that I have put the
wrong number in No, the number is DHL number, these emails keep coming.
I’m getting emails from DHL but they will not open, I already contacted your customer service a few days and so far no response.
There is NO available way to contact DHL eCommerce, after searching the internet, then I looked at TrustPilot what a revelation
97% 1 stars all complaining about DHL eCommerce, how is it that a world leading Brand like Panasonic uses a company with disgracefully bad ratings like this?
Are you aware of the ratings above? Is your CEO aware? I will do my best to bring this email to his attention.
This is a question perhaps you would care to answer with no whitewash.
I don’t wish to spend my time chasing up non delivery and having to write emails like this.
This email was a response to a email I sent on 21st November. Thank you, Mr Young
Since writing the above I checked the rating on trust pilot for Panasonic WELL WELL, 83 people out of 100 give Panasonic 1 star. Have just put the phone down to Ruth in Romania who told me we will let you know as soon as possible about your order. I repeatedly asked to be put through to the uk and she said I must call in again.......would be talking to the same people what a load of Bull s**t. this is supposed to be a top brand.no more orders from me. It will catch up with them in the end when we get fed up with bad customer service.Laurent Abadie CEO Panasonic will get a letter in the post!!
Shirking responsibilities- admitted…
Shirking responsibilities- admitted fault was manufacturers but although they embroidered the replies to my email with “Uplifted” offer !
The “uplift” was simply a swap or refund - no uplift as a gesture of goodwill - stated Argos the supplier would need to offer any discretionary compensation- I gphad asked for a replacement plus a £50 Argos gift voucher for the hassle and additional legwork and correspondence plus my time being wasted.
Their reply was to ask Argos as Panasonic do not do that as Argos supplied the unit - they would have to offer a gesture of goodwill, albeit the manufacturer admits it was a manufacturer fault.
They thought they were doing me a favour with their so called “Uplift” !
They forget I have statutory rights and think wrapping their reply with soft words and implying an uplift would give you something additional- what a farce and to add insult to injury - advised- condescending advise on what not to put in a microwave.
What has become of these large companies that try to shirk any responsibility and pass the buck - be honest and win back customer confidence - or go down the pan
UTTERLY AWFUL
UTTERLY AWFUL. PANASONIC USED TO MAKE TOP CLASS TV SETS. SUPERIOR PICTURE AND SOUND. I BOUGHT A TV RECENTLY AND IT IS FAULTY. I'VE SPENT SEVEN DAYS WORKING TO PUT IT RIGHT. INCLUDING ENGAGING IN THREE WEBCHATS OVER THREE DAYS. IT IS STILL WITH ME AND I AM WAITING TO HEAR FROM PANASONIC. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL REQUESTING THAT I LEAVE A REVIEW. I HAVE TRIED TO WITHOUT SUCCESS. THE WEBSITE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO DO THIS. ALL IN ALL DISAPPOINTED BEYOND WORDS.
I CHASED PANASONIC YET AGAIN AS THEY DIDN'T CONTACT ME AS STATED. THEY CLAIM THE TV IS NOT MEANT TO RECEIVE A SATELLITE SIGNAL!!! EVEN THOUGH IT HAS A FITTING AND IS A SMART TV. I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND. IT HAS TO BE REFERRED UPWARDS. AWAITING A RESPONSE.
UPDATE ON 7TH DECEMBER. STILL NO CONTACT FROM PANASONIC. TODAY I SENT THEIR COMPLAINTS SECTION AN EMAIL EXPLAINING EVERYTHING, HOPING I CAN GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT LIKE FOR LIKE UNDER THE TERMS OF THE GUARANTEE.
FAULTY BREAD MACHINE
I bought a bread machine which didn't work (bread got stuck in pan) I am having an awful experience trying to get a replacement......same questions over and over again. Many bordering on harassment. I will never buy a Panasonic again.

I had a very frustrating experience…
I had a very frustrating experience with Panasonic’s online store. I attempted to buy a hairdryer, and when the payment showed as “failed,” I tried again using PayPal. About fifteen minutes later, I received two shipment notifications with two different tracking numbers.
The same evening, I sent two emails requesting to cancel one of the orders. The next morning, I reached out on live chat with an agent named Angel, asking them not to send the duplicate order. Despite being reassured that the cancellation was in progress, I received a tracking number from DPD for the second order. After another chat with Angel, I was told the return was underway, but the following morning, I received another notification that the second package had left their warehouse.
This entire experience was beyond disappointing. The lack of communication, delays, and disorganization are unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Panasonic again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.
Here’s an updated review:
I recently received a full refund from Panasonic, including delivery costs, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, their customer service was consistently responsive and made a clear effort to help me. I’m also really pleased with the hairdryer itself—it’s incredibly powerful and works great. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and impressed by Panasonic’s support and service.
Panasonic TX65HZ2000B TV poor customer service
My TX65HZ2000B flagship TV OLED panel showed a horizontal line at the bottom after 4 years. Panasonic failed to honour the 5 year warranty as they class it as screen burn. I don't use it for internet or games just watching the TV channels. Twice I was told a manager would telephone me to discuss it but it never happened.
Martin Dawes and Correct Services who Panasonic recommended wanted between £2,200 and £3,000 to replace the panel of a 4 year old TV.
My lessons learned from this event:- 1. Don't buy a Panasonic as the guarantee is not honoured and customer support is there in name only. 2. Don't buy an OLED TV as the screens always end up with image retention.
I feel quite sad having to write this unfavourable Panasonic review as the actual TV has been the best TV I have ever owned with a fantastic detailed and bright colourful picture.
It's true what they say about warranties and insurance, you only find out how good they really are when you actually need them!
Panasonic customer indifferece
Very disappointing customer service, having recently purchased a Blu-ray player. Having made payment and waiting for my item to be delivered I received a brief email stating my order has been cancelled due to a discrepancy in our stock levels with a brief apology. Nothing mentioned about a delay of when my item would be available....just cancellation. This is not the way any customers should be treated....please be aware of thier lack of customer service.
