I googled to see who had the best deal…
I googled to see who had the best deal on 1litre Schwarzkopf shampoo, this company did. They were advertising free delivery but when I tried to order £14.95 was added for delivery. Is this not false advertising? When I rang them to check if the delivery price was a mistake, I was informed that because of my postcode (middle of Scotland) that would be the cost for postage. So if you’re in Scotland don’t waste your time.

Unfortunately, free standard delivery is for Mainland UK only and this is stated in our Terms and Conditions.
As your postcode falls into an area where a surcharge is given by our courier, we are unable to waiver this charge.
When clicking on the link for free standard delivery over £15* it takes you to our Terms and Conditions which explains this.
I understand that this information was also given by our Customer Service Team over a telephone call.
We do always try to offer the best prices, but on this occasion, it is a surcharge via the courier you selected.
