Absolutely rubbish service
Pallet wasn’t delivered on time
Advised them I needed it for AM delivery the next day yet they failed!

Delivery was late by a day, which was a pain. Then when it arrived the man wasn't able to transport the 800kg bag of stones 5 metres from the truck to my driveway despite access being clear, so he was forced to leave it on the pavement outside (blocking my driveway and the pedestrian footpath). He was on his own and did try his best to haul it further but why Palletforce sent just one (quite skinny) man to transport a tonne of stones I'll never know...

No show after paying extra for next day delivery. Dropped off when we were not at home two days later. Blocked our drive and neighbour's drive who has mobility issues. Had no idea what they were doing. Young Son and mentioned neighbour had to scrape up the tipped and broken 1 tonne bag of gravel and clean the whole area. Drove off and that was that. Utter cowboys. Had no clue and didn't give a damn. Avoid Gravelmaster who use this company. Taking complaint further. AVOID.

I got 7 radiators delivered. They arrived on a pallet, I asked the driver to take the pallet as I have no space, need or means to remove the pallet.

Just spoke to someone on the phone. They said they don't take the pallets away and the company I ordered from should of told me. Incompetent and ridiculous

Bunch of cowboys. I sold a sound system on eBay and the person who bought the gear ordered through this cowboy mob. I waited four hours yesterday on them (3pm-5pm) which was the allocated time slot. They turned up today at 12 pm and phoned me to say they were at the premises to pick up the gear.i kindly told them the slot was yesterday but I would try and get to the premises if they could give me 20 minutes. The driver called the woman who's his boss and she told him not to wait and to go. (I know this because the guy standing next to the driver was a friend of mine) The customer then rearranged it for the same time this afternoon (3-5pm) the woman he arranged with said the driver would be there for 3 . There was no show so the customer phoned to cancel and now the company are taking a fee from the guys money for a. Cancelling and b turning up a day late

Also yesterday I missed a really important appointment because of their negligence

Avoid this company at all costs

If I could give 0 - I would. I’ve paid for £300 of plants to an online plant specialist company who charged me an extra £70 for delivery from palletforce. I was given a time slot of 3 hours - 2 days later my delivery has not arrived. I have wasted 2 days annual leave and 2 days of my daughter 1/2 term waiting in for a delivery which has not arrived.

I have contacted palletforce on 3 occasions and each time I’ve been given a different timeframe and excuse as to why my order has not been delivered. I’ve been twice told my delivery would be prioritised and once even lied to told my delivery was 15 minutes away. This is disgusting service with no communication, why anyone or any business would use palletforce is beyond me as it would surly cause unhappy customers who will want refunds for goods which haven’t arrived - which is what I’m doing. Steer clear!

Got a delivery of flooring that was significantly damaged, the driver informed me that that was as good as I would get , I subsequently rejected the load much to his annoyance, redelivery came with no issue and better attitude 1hour later than advised

After wasting a lot of time with staff struggling to comprehend basic English on the phone to agree delivery in 7.5t with tail lift, driver with 18t lorry arrived. Totally wasted my day and had to be delivered the following day meaning product urgently required was 24h delayed. One star is generous.

Incompetent unacceptable courier.They left an expensive IBC outside the site when no one was in without any call or permission to leave it there. It said signed for but of course no one was there to sign. Do not use their services.

Tracking does not work-was listed as being prepared in the depo and then a bloke is on my drive way at 3:45. Luckily I was in. At least he was friendly and put the delivery in my garage.

Rubbish customer service and quite stressful given the delivery was worth £3000.

Will feedback to Axminster Tools to look for another delivery partner.

My delivery was due by 12.30 pm latest. By 3pm still no delivery. I had to chase the supplier to chase palletline. The delivery time was then moved to any time up to 5pm. A total waste of a day waiting in. What is the point of giving a delivery time????

Despite emailing and calling us to confirm when the delivery would arrive they didn’t show up, didn’t update. Were uncontactable. Tracking link didn’t ever update.

Spoke to Alex in the freight ways depot that works alongside Palletforce, exceptional customer service. Parcel was not appearing at the local hub for my bought and paid for next day delivery, chased it up and Alex reassured me he will contact the local depot to get an update. He came back and gave me a call to update me that the delivery will be due between 3-6pm. I then received another call from Alex this time with bad news, the local delivery driver couldn’t take my parcel and wanted to attempt to deliver it in his car - Alex pressed the driver and the depot and demanded that another drive take the delivery to ensure that the item will be delivered today and at the latest 6pm. The order was delivered at the exact time-frame specified, which I did not expect especially from a distribution centre. Alex listened to my concerns, fought on my behalf and went above and beyond. I couldn’t be more happier as if the delivery was due next week, I wouldn’t have been able to accept the parcel due to my hectic work schedule.

Still not here @14.45, contacted Gravelmaster, waited in all day, they used the old chestnut-you should have been sent an email🤥. This is 2024 mobiles, telephones, emails. A shocking Company and a very bad advert for G.B. Poorest after-sales I have experienced😱

My order NEVER arrived, despite emails from Palletforce advising delivery 🤥TWICE🤥 it never happened. I have NEVER experienced lying and deception on such an industrial scale by them and Gravelmaster. They are quite the worst examples of British business at its worst, unreliable and contemptuous of their customers. No contact with a driver, how farcical🤥

Absolutely incompetent. Day taken off work to receive delivery. No attempt made to deliver. Called depot they couldn't deliver because the vehicle was too big. Absolutely rubbish another caller service delivered the same day. Promise of delivery today. Apparently vehicle broke this morning despite a delivery window of 2-4 being given. Another lost afternoon off work. Called depot, they continuously hang up on you. Absolutely disgusting

I ordered a pallet of building material from Amazon on 5 September. I couldn't track the delivery, as I was given the wrong tracking details. On 17 September, I got a call from the driver asking for directions, but when I explained where we were, he said that would take him over his hours. He said he'd speak to the office and call me back, but he never did, despite me phoning his mobile and leaving a message. Four days later, after multiple calls to the number on the Palletforce website, we still have no delivery. I eventually got the correct tracking information from the supplier, but the website has just said 'out for delivery' for the past four days. When I call Palletforce, they basically say 'it's not our problem, we don't handle the deliveries' and give me a mobile number which doesn't work for the depot. The builders are desperate for these materials, but Palletforce (or whoever they've subcontracted out to) have had them for the past ten days. This company is a disgrace.

I was informed that they could not get their vehicle up my drive. This makes no sense whatsoever as other delivery companies have experienced no issue with access for large vehicles to deliver to my home. Their suggestion was that they would leave the pallet on the roadway, and would not assist to move heavy items the approx 100 yards to my home, asking myself and my wife , in our seventies to carry heavy items ourselves and dispose of the pallet. Their representative to whom I spoke was particulary unhelpful, brusque in his manner and did not carry out the actions he promised to do. A definite candidate for the most unprofessional haulage company company in uk.

Disgusting delivery service ever! Curbside delivery only and left in the street. They apparently can only deliver on the pallet and leave it hanging off the path into the road. They can't help won't help and you have to take the pallet and discard of it yourself. As a lady on my own, whilst having 2 small children in the house I had to act quick. I had the heavy wooden bench off the pallet and the pallet too safely in my garden whilst the delivery driver was still sat in the truck. He has all the safety equipment whilst I did it in my slippers. What a disgrace!
