Had two deliveries today. To my home, not office. First one was 6m lengths of unistrut. The [other company's] driver walked them all down the yard (24m) and was charming and helpful. I gave him a tenner. Then your man turned up. He was great on the phone an hour before. I didn't supervise the offloading. Apparently he was contracted only to kerbside drop. Apparently he did agree to wheel the pallet half-way to cover. Then he dropped the goods. And we can't lift this 100kg a/c box. And it's started raining. Thanks a lot.
Now, assuming he's allowed to do only kerb drops he's violated that rule. And assuming he's allowed to actually be helpful he's blown that one too.
How hard would it be to employ decent people?

Great online tracking, friendly and helpful delivery driver, called when he'd arrived as I was running late. After reading the terrible reviews I was a crossing everything in the hope that I would be an exception. Absolutely couldn't fault it.

A genuinely disgraceful company. Will leave pallets in a front garden, destroying plants in the process, and then tell you that the "pallet is yours now" when you ring up to complain. Appalling customer service that are clearly only trained in putting up a defensive wall. Will be ensuring I never order from a supplier that uses Palletforce ever again.

I was all poised to tip the balance on Palletforce reviews... Things started well, I had a positive exchange with their customer service who called and stated the delivery was ready to dispatch and wanted to confirm a date. We agreed on a date and I mentioned that I was not available between 9 and 11. That was no problem and the customer service advisor booked this in and I received a confirmation via email, exactly as we had discussed.

Delivery day arrives, I check my tracking first thing and it shows that my load is out for delivery, all good. At 10.40 (20 mins before our agreed time) I then receive a call from another customer service advisor stating that the driver had attempted to deliver but his lorry (an 18t vehicle) was too large to navigate the streets to my house and so would have to be re scheduled on a smaller vehicle.

I live in an inner city area, surely a competent logistics company that has a depot serving this city would know that the residential streets maybe too small for their 18T vehicles and therefore put the load on a more suitable vehicle in the first place. Not only has it wasted my time, but surely it has cost the logistics company additional fuel and wages to have an abortive trip?

Lets hope the re arranged delivery next week arrives without hassle.......

Delivered on time , call beforehand to say he was on his way , so helpful . After reading such bad reviews pleasantly surprised.

On the day of delivery (Wednesday 4th June), I was at home alone and working. I had stayed home all day not knowing what time the delivery would take place.

The delivery driver parked on a driveway that was not near my front door and refused to relocate the vehicle to a more suitable drop-off point. When I asked for assistance in moving the delivery to the garden gate, I was met with repeated refusals and was told that he was only permitted to do a “kerbside drop-off”.

As a result, I was forced to leave the house and walk around to the garage in an attempt to find a workable solution. The driver stated that the delivery would not fit through the garage and again refused to assist any further. He also refused my request for a collaborative lift — whereby he would raise the pallet and I would support the product — citing that he could not touch the item or enter any part of my property.

Ultimately, I had to unwrap the delivery myself and carry the product piece by piece into the garage. Many of the components were heavy, with some weighing over 30kg. During this process, one of the pieces slipped and caused an injury to my leg. All the while, the driver stood by and watched, offering no assistance. I found the situation incredibly distressing and intimidating, to the point that I was in tears.

This experience was not only physically demanding and painful but also deeply upsetting. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of care and basic human decency shown during this delivery.

I would like a formal response to this complaint, including an explanation of your kerbside policy, and what training or guidelines are in place for your drivers in situations where customers are clearly vulnerable or in need of assistance. I also ask that you advise what steps you intend to take to ensure no other customers are subjected to such treatment in the future.

Only one word, Bullshit!

I ordered a patio set worth nearly £1,000 from Debenhams (sold by a brand called Fimous), and Palletforce was responsible for the delivery. The order was meant to arrive within 5–7 days — but it never showed up.

When I contacted Palletforce, I was met with shockingly poor customer service. The representative was dismissive, clearly uninterested, and made no effort to follow up — no return call, no concern, nothing.

After a full month of chasing both Palletforce and Debenhams, I finally received an update: Palletforce had lost the order. Yes — somehow they lost half a tonne of patio furniture.

I’m still waiting for a refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating and time-wasting experience. I expected far better from both companies involved.

A supplier used palletforce to deliver an item I purchased to my home. My time slot was the entire day. The delivery did not show. When I contacted the company I was told the delivery was rescheduled to the following day. The recipient of my call stated I should have been informed, I was not. A shallow apology was all that was offered for an entire day off work wasted!

Terrible experience with this service. No eta in advance. No tracking. And, worst of all a driver that was rude, oblivious to customer care. Having done my best to accommodate him, running up and down my lane to try and aid him, he appeared to be irate, incapable of taking instruction over the phone on directs to my home. Instead he proceeded to rant that he "only had 20mins to make the delivery and he was taking my item back to depot" A scary, stressful and exhaustive experience. I won't buy from sellers who use this company in future.

Ordered on 14th of April from Debenhams, palletforce have my 1k garden furniture in their warehouse still preparing for delivery!!! Recieved a call to say it would be delivered on 23rd of April, nothing arrived, again told 24th.... NOTHING. now 1st of May and after numerous calls and emails, failed promises its still not delivered. Rude customer service too!

Useless company.

More than a week behind on delivering our order and it's still stuck being "prepared for delivery."

No proactive updates whatsoever in that time.

Their website contact us page is just a 404 error.

I'd say that any company using PalletForce for delivery should reconsider, given that it seems our experience is pretty typical from other reviews.

First order, Palletforce didn't say when they were coming despite promising to. They left an order worth over a grand sitting on the pavement on a busy street. We were lucky to find out it was there before it was stolen.
Second order, paid for next day delivery. They didn't show up, again didn't communicate, and couldn't be reached either by myself or by the company we ordered from.
It was for a radiator, and we had a plumber booked for install, and the hassle it's caused with delaying the plumbing, and therefore flooring, and therefore the decorating, has been really significant.
Awful company.

Pallet force were supposed to deliver an item on Friday. This did not happen – and rather bizarrely, Pallet Force recorded the delivery as 'delivered'.

Pallet force then said they were reattempting delivery on Monday. There was no tracking information or time slot provided.

A woman on their customer service told me the item was out for delivery between 11am-1pm ... but it never showed up.

This is extraordinarily frustrating when you organise your working day around the delivery of an item.

Had 6 large shrubs delivered on a pallet from a garden centre. Looked at reviews after placing my order and my heart sank at the bad reviews.
I shouldn't have worried as the service was good. I received email updates and delivery was made on selected date. The shrubs arrived in great condition. Delivery guy was professional.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The arrogance and disgusting manner of their staff is beyond anything I have experienced!! No tracking ever updated, despite having delivery confirmed via call, when it didnt show up contacted them again to be advised it would be delayed by at least another 4 DAYS! and even then they couldnt guarantee it. Apparently they dont have enough transport to get goods to Scotland....then why are you working with suppliers who sell to there as you will certainly need to arrange deliveries north of the border! Thousands of pounds out of pocket, delivery in limbo and plans for the weekend completely messed up due to the incompetence of this company! God only knows if the delivery will appear next Tuesday, I am not holding out any hope at all!!!

What an AWFUL SERVICE with a bunch complete of rude utter MORONS in the call centre. Left my very expensive delivery just out on the street with no instruction to do so from me. When I called them and I asked them about this the woman on the phone was very aggressive and rude and offered no explanation and then just put the phone down on me. I'll AVOID this COMPANY like the plague

The driver ( l do believe his nane was Robin) who delivered my pallette today in Pontlliw was super helpful and pleasant and polite

We were having Garden furniture delivered and when i read the negative reviews my heart sank as we live down a small lane, however the customer service and delivery was pitch perfect, I had a phone call to arrange delivery explained about the lane, she google it and said it wouldn't be a problem, delivery guy friendly and very helpful, great service. Hastings area.
