Poor customer service

First order put in then lockdown announced. I rang the company and asked that order be sent to my home. The order arrived at my home. Impressed. Had quick look at products and seemed value for money

This was my first order with Paladone. Excellent products. Even better than expected.

Five stars. I had an item I had my eye on and Paladone let me know when it was in stock. Ordering is so easy and the items arrived so quickly I didn't even realise what it was! Perfect minimum order amount (especially as all I wanted was with one thing!) and lots of goods to choose from. It's an easy recommend.

The lady that answered my emails was really lovely I can't fault her customer service .. the only quibble I have is the policy you have that you need a physical shop or website there is many businesses that have set up on Facebook and many like myself have been in business for a number of years and built up a great clientele with customers and have been with those businesses for years .. such a shame that this opportunity is missed by yourselves as so many customers would be reached ... My order might not have been a lot to start with however I know for a fact I would have spent so much more if I was given the opportunity..but rules are rules even though the money from items bought would have went to charity

Have just done my second order with paladone. Very impressed with the prices and quality of the products. Great company.

Found some Harry Potter cards on Paladone a lot cheaper than Amazon. I have never shopped with them before so I checked on Trustpilot before I did. The cards didn’t arrive so I phoned them up and I spoke to Hannah who sorted it out for me. Great customer service and I would definitely order from them again!

Products were good and arrived within expected time, but delivered with a damaged box which was a shame as they were for a gift.

Regular new products. Quick to replace damaged items. Only thing I would say is items go out of stock very quick and quite often they don’t come back into stock for a while.

I found the delivery prompt and plenty of information about date etc. My items were well packaged and secure. My parcel contained birthday presents for my daughter and will be well received

absolutely love the products, the first day I posted the ursula mugs I sold out! Amazing products, tax was a tad higher than expected, but overall amazing, shipping was fast, really impressed with my first purchase.

I made an order on August 2 and was told it would arrive in 3-5 working days. Still hasn't been delivered (writing on 10 August), and customer service don't respond. Not too happy.
