Not very good, had codes for offers, was told to place my order and my discount codes would be processed by them. But it was a false promise, as they would not do the discount after my order was processed. However my items I bought were received and were fine.

Purchased a Batman wallet and stress ball. They arrived quite quickly and will make nice stocking fillers

good company but i do find there products will be on every shop shelf even clothes shops wich tends to de-value the products. sometimes hard to compete with the price that big shops can sell at.

Really good customer service. Ordered something then needed to cancel the order. They got back to me really quickly and offered a full refund.

I can not fault my experience with Paladone, especially Mandy Welsh who was extremely helpful. Mandy quickly and efficiently resolved a problem that I had with a product purchased through an external retailer. It wasn't down to Paladone to fix it but Mandy kindly did so, just as a gesture of goodwill. This is a company which values their customers and I would 100% recommend using them for your Christmas present needs. Thank you Mandy and Paladone.

The site is very easy to use and there’s lots of cool items to choose from, I do wish things would stay in my basket when I left the site so I don’t have to come back and find it again. I would like to publicly thank Mandy Welsh for taking the time and effort to locate the instructions to Challenge Night, a game I purchased at a charity shop today. The game looked like it would be a lot of fun, combining many great games that I have enjoyed all in one box.
However, when I took it home I found that the instructions were missing. A quick check on the internet and I was soon speaking to a member of the team. Within the hour I received a disappointing email saying that the instructions were not to be found. Although disappointed, I appreciated the effort of the search. Then, just two hours later I received another email saying that the instructions had been found! I really appreciate what Mandy has done to help me out. She definitely deserves more than the five star rating above!
