My daughter bought a second hand phone in Pair in Nov 21 . She dropped the phone and it cost €180 to repair screen and replace screen protector . I had to take it in numerous times after that repair as it wasn’t working ,the lines reappeared and the Face ID didn’t work.On each occasion all they could recommend was to send it to Apple to fix Face ID at a cost of €500 and €150 for them to fix the screen. On one occasion the technician was listening and he said he would sort out the Face ID which he did. The phone is in an Otto box and has the triple layer screen protector as recommended by the staff when they initially repaired it but it is still not working correctly it freezes all the time and have lines along the screen. I went into the shop today to speak directly with the manager but she was completely unhelpful .When I was leaving the shop I said I will have to make a complaint the manager said ’you dropped it ‘ . I have never made a complaint before but I would not recommend Pair in Limerick as I was disgusted at the managers lack of courtesy rudeness and overall poor customer service.

Brought a case from them for an iPhone 11 walked out the and tried to fit it, too large so went straight back, realized I had an iPhone 11 Pro which are a different size, which I didn’t know , guy behind the counter didn’t ask me and wouldn’t change or even give me a discount on the correct one, made me wait for a manager for 15 minutes but never turned up, threatened to call security on me , why I don’t know, went from no you cannot have a refund to I’ll call security before I had chance to even answer, poor service, very poorly trained and poor attitude, avoid at all costs.

Wish I could give this place a zero, I bought headphones yesterday, they don't work. The receipt wasn't in the bag, I have all packaging, box, bag, everything but they can't do anything, so basically now I just throw them in the bin. Ridiculous shop.

I’d give this place zero if I could. Completely destroyed my once perfect phone and rendered it a glorified pocket watch. Took my phone in for a simple screen repair- collected in the same day. Within an hour the screen was lagging and unresponsive and I was unable to type anything out or use apps. In order for the screen to be functional, I had to turn the phone on and off repeatedly. Took it back the next day and left it with them for an hour. They stated they couldn’t see any problems and therefore were not responsible for any damage. The phone continued to be unusable. I took it to another third party who fixed it for me - stated that while their was nothing wrong with the phone, the screen itself that had been replaced was of low quality and that’s why it wasn’t working properly. Shameful service for €80, will be telling everyone to avoid this place

I called into the Pair Mobile Shop in the Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick and the repair guy (Steve) helped repair my laptop. I would highly recommend a visit to this shop. A+++++++ service.

I found the whole service to be so efficient. I booked online and was only without my phone for a few hours during the day of the repair. The girl in the shop was so helpful...helped me to bring up the confirmation email on another device in store to get the booking number off it as my phone was out of action with a broken screen. My phone is like new again... delighted with it. Bought a nice new case in-store also while I was there.

Replaced damaged screen on Galaxy. Works perfectly and repair was speedy.

I handed my phone in pair in the crescent shopping centre in limerick to replace my battery and when i collected and brought home it wont charge for me i brought it back to the shop and they told me the connector was damaged they wouldn't fix it for me they said its was faulty when brought it to them i said it wasn't damaged because it charging perfect at home its was battery that had the problem
