I was served today by Bonshra in the Cresent, Limerick. He was very nice and accommodating

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Karolina really needs to learn customer skills, respect and empathy! I was in the store today to purchase an iPhone 14 Pro Max otter box cover! I pointed at the cover and asked was this for ‘iPhone 14 Pro Max’ and was told yes! I purchased and left the shop. An hour later I opened the box to put on my phone cover to discover it was the wrong one and for an iPhone 14 pro! I went back to the shop just for an exchange for the right phone cover and was told nothing can be done as I opened the box! The phone cover was perfect! She made me out to be stupid saying I asked for an iPhone 14 pro! Which makes no sense as I know what kind of phone I have!!! She later went on to say I just pointed at it and said I will take this one! Which was a lie! It even states on my receipt that if the item is still saleable you can get store credit! She was sooo rude and unhelpful! I will never be shopping in that store again! I work in retail all my life and would never treat a customer that way! There was zero help given just utter rudeness! €35 gone to waste as now I’m stuck with a cover that won’t even fit my phone!

I had pleasure to visit the store ( pair mobil unit 24A crescent shopping center, Dooradoyle, co. Limerick) few times.

My first unpleasant experience was when I got selfie stick for Mother’s Day. My son and my husband where informed by tricky sales person that it fits over every iPhone case. Unfortunately it didn’t hold my iPhone 14 pro with standard original otter case with built in pop socket. We couldn’t exchange it simply because your store hadn’t any other brand and we couldn’t get the refund. Ok. No big deal we took unwanted charger instead.

My second unpleasant experience happened just few days ago. I presented to your sale person exact screen protector OTTER brand I wanted and I was informed that you have it. I was buying second item with it. I paid and happily put it in my bag. 5 min later I realized that I was tricked to buy different brand. Went back and confronted the sales person. 5 min after the purchase and with unopened box I couldn’t get my money back and your store wouldn’t order the otter alpha glass I requested in first place.

Worst customer care experience ever!!!
All the promises on the website are pure false advertising!
Gave my sons phone to replace the battery. I’ve left the phone in the morning, got it back in the end of the day, not in 30 minutes. The new battery was faulty. It was only working for a half of the day. I’ve returned the phone back to the store on the following day. They’ve kept it for 2 weeks, didn’t call me once. Now they are making me to pay €200 for broken mother board. The phone would have to be sent to Dublin for another 2 weeks. The manager said they are not responsible for damaging the phone. The phone was perfectly fine before I gave it to them. Didn’t even say sorry to me. The simple battery replacement turned into unreasonable costs and waste of time.

I got a brand new screen, which was of better quality than the one from my previous replacement a few months ago. Kind of a lottery of what you're going to get.
Came to the shop at the opening on the morning, hoping i would get that sweet repair in 30 min as advertised on the website, but no, was told to wait in the afternoon. Nothing you can say when your phone is broken. a bit disappointing.

I went to the shop at Limerick on 9 June.
When I took my phone in for repair, there were a lot of phones that needed repair and that it would be Monday before my phone could be repaired.
But, when I said that I came from a very very long away, they agreed to fix it today.
I am very grateful to the lady shop assistant and the repair man. Thank you very very very much!!!

The shop was supposed to phone me if there was any problem with carry out the repair but no one contacted me and only found out when collected my phone that there was a problem

Waste of space,,bought a iphone from them, returned the phone 3 times for repair, no joy and then to be told they wouldn't try to fix it because someone had obviously been trying to dismantle the phone,,Hello!!! It was their techs..Avoid , id recommend swappie.Actually I'd recommend anyone except these clowns.

I got my battery replaced. The service was prompt and no major damage was sustained. The screen has a small scratch on it now which wasn't there before, but it's not a major issue.

Immediate availability but unfortunately the whole "done 1hr" is a bit of a lie as they'll tell you that they work on first come first saved basis. and it will eventually take them a few hours to get to your device.

Went 40km to Limerick to find out the technician isnt there. I booked all online where it clearly says the battery is exchanged the same day. Also they werent able to refund my money in the shop so I had to wait for a online Contact to come back to me…

Bought Zagg tempered glass for samsung galaxy ultra in Pair Mobile Crescent shopping centre limerick even before I left the crescent on Saturday the tempered glass was lifting so I went back in and was told to wait 24 hours .. I was outside the 24hours when I rang and was told there was nothing they could do as I was outside my 24 hour warranty €25 wasted and now I've to go and get another one ..
Very poor service

Other shops said my iPhone was unfixable, they were wrong! Thanks to all @pairlimerick, super friendly straight up advice no hidden costs!
