The ticket was not answered as far as I can tell from email

I've been with pair.com for quite some years now.
Uptime excellent.
I'm no website hotshot; at times ask for support, and found the customer service team prompt and efficient, also helping me with issues that don't really arise from hosting.
My latest: products not pushing to a Woocommerce store; puzzling. Tech support had a look, made a few changes such as to permissions for folders that seemed a potential issue, letting me know some error messages weren't related. [Eventually, I found a plugin that was messing with the pushing process.]

Excellent support system.
All support engineers are great.
Just Love the prompt service from Pair.

For a coder to work with a person who is not a coder, the back-and-forth can be frustrating. The Pair Networks Support Team stayed with me through the dumb questions and tried to explain what to do to solve my disastrous problem.

Since the problem was me not understanding the situation, I commend the Service Techs for their patience. They stayed with it until the problem was resolved, and their communication was prompt and on point.

I contacted Support two days ago and still have not heard back yet. They just sent me an email asking for a review of the service they provided which was none.

Very rapid response as always. Solved a problem I didn't know I had and saved me money at the same time. Thank you, Pair!

I am still struggling to make my payment. Every time I try to pay and press the finalize payment button it says there is system error. My payment is pending.

Had to resort to email when their phone and chat support wouldn't answer during their posted hours. First email response took 90 minutes. They didn't answer my response, although the problem eventually went away (and they didn't respond to my letting them know the problem went away).

The support person, Sean, responded fast which surprised me since it was a Saturday.
The mypair.com page looked different and I wasn't sure how to get to where I could see my files.
Sean was able to let me know how to get started and I was able to get to my files and do my edits.
I just logged into mypair.com again and have documented how to navigate to the page I need.

The pair associate gave me a very quick and detailed explanation of my current usage and ideas as to how I could configure my account upon renewal. Pair has given me outstanding service for many years.

Terrible. Got nothing but a dismissive email from “Ivan.”
He told me that I “don’t appear” to be anyone involved with the account and that the domain I referenced “ doesn’t even exist”

If I’m a nobody from an unknown domain, why do you have my name, email and credit card on file for the account???

What’s going on there?

Your support team gave me a clear explanation of the new server levels and how they correspond to my existing server. I decided to not make any changes at this time, and will reevaluate my needs this summer. Thanks!
