Poor..My son ordered a bonnet prop and when…

My son ordered a bonnet prop and when it was delivered the lettering was not straight. Paint modz tried to claim it was cartoon style but it was just poor quality in my opinion. Please think before ordering from this company

The lettering on the bonnet props is "Cartoon" style and this exact phrase is mentioned in the product listing. The lettering is made using a CNC cut jig so the spacing and positioning of the characters is exactly as the font appears when it is typed. It has not been positioned badly, it is just how the font is (because it is cartoon style). We also advise looking through photos on the product listing to see examples for this exact reason and also advise that other fonts are available if preferred.

Die 1 Sterne Bewertung hier gehört gelöscht. Diese bezieht sich darauf, dass der deutsche Zoll Einfuhrgebühren erhebt. Wer außerhalb der EU bestellt sollte sich darüber im klaren sein, dass die Unternehmen nichts dafür können. Ich habe nur Top Erfahrungen gemacht. Ware super und der Support mega hilfsbereit, auch bei Problemen, die UPS verzapft hat. Es wurde auf eigene Kosten und das Vertrauen, dass Teile der Ware nicht gekommen sind anstandslos die fehlende Ware geschickt. Besser kann man es nicht machen.

Have to bodge the parts to make fit

MK7.5 ST PARTS
Come quickly however some parts arent great fitment at all, holes aren't drilled in the correct spaces have to slightly adjust. Engine cover the filler part is to small which resulted in cracking and damaging the cover when sticking over the exsisting cover. Overall good products but needs way more fine tuning to fit properly so for this reason i believe it is over priced and dont buy thinking its going to be a direct fit!

Reviews can be very damaging and we feel it is a little unfair that the review has been left before we have had chance to resolve the problem. We do request that we are contacted regarding any issues as soon as possible on the leaflet we include with each order as customer service is very important to us and we want to ensure customers are satisfied with our products. Had we received more information we almost certainly would have been able to resolve the issue.

Really impressed with Paintmodz

I ordered quite a bit of "bling" to my Hyundai 120N and fixing it to the engine bay and parts to the exterior was easy as long as the clear instructions were carried out. I had no issues and so pleased with the finished result. No hesitation in recommending them and no doubt will be purchasing a few more bits!

und dann kommt der Zoll obendrauf

Hört sich erst alles ganz gut an, bis man das Paket bekommt und noch ca. 25 % Zoll bezahlen muss! wirklich ärgerlich

Top quality products and service

After scratching a peice of trim on my dashboard, I looked into getting it repainted in a gloss finish rather than a dull matt. Lee at Paintmodz answered all my questions, and gave me a few options, paint my trim, buy a salvaged item and send that, or they will actually supply a genuine brand new one, in my case from Ford. I opted for a new one, supplied and painted by Paintmodz themselves, as im more than a bit fussy when it comes to my car. The trim arrived today freshly painted to a very high standard of finish. Great service from start to finish.
