I don’t like it how do I send it back?

I am new to OBD scanners. Up to now I am not too impressed with the Foxwell NT650 Pro. I do not find it very user friendly to someone who doesn't know much about the subject. The user manual appears to be a generic manual, possibly based on an older model. I say this because when I try to follow the instructions, I find that the screens and prompts are similar but different to those shown in the manual. This leaves me unsure that I am using it correctly. It would also be helpful if there was a help dialogue for each screen either on the unit or in the manual. As an example, a screen appears with a list of 5 protocols - Is it asking me to choose one ? How do I know which one ?
I knew that my car had a DTC present because someone else had read it for me. I hooked up the Foxwell and found the DTC and found the freeze frame data which I found informative. I went on a few days later to try and find out the level of Adblue but could not find it. While on I tried to revisit the DTC but could not find it. Was I doing something wrong ? Had the car cleared it ? Had I cleared it ? , but surely I could not do that by mistake.
So overall it's OK, but not fantastic.

Product works as described. Kind of easy to navigate but it takes a little looking up to get you into the menus you want.

Very good comms, good explanations of questions. Item shipped quickly and works exactly as described. Very quick to swap software to Subaru, and it clears the DPF and oil counter as required. Will be adding other manufacture software to it in due course.

Amazing tool and super useful rather than using expensive car shops for diagnostics and code erase.

I bought the Foxwell scanner to reset Porsche Cayman service interval and to clear a TPMS fault. The scanner allowed me to complete these tasks, and I am happy with the device and ease of use. The scanner arrived less than a week after ordering. Foxwell was responsive to inquiries in a timely manner.

Having the Foxwell NT510 Elite has proved very useful in diagnosing the current run of faults with my Mini Cooper. Whereas my previous device, though able to clear codes that didn't even show, for example in Limp mode. It was unable to tell me what the causes was.
Having the Foxwell device that read the manufactures codes made life a lot easier, and so was able to narrow down faults and get the necessary replacement parts. I have not explored all the other features as yet, but it has a very comprehensive range of tests you can test live which is pretty useful.

So far the scanner has worked great. Haven’t used it a ton, but what I have used it for has done the job flawlessly. 10/10 recommend. Budget friendly scanner that has a lot of options.

Tracking information not accurate; Foxwell unable to locate package. Has been 2 weeks since order, causing delays in project completion.

8/27- **Update:** Foxwell reshipped the order to resolve the lost package issue. The replacement has arrived. Appreciate Foxwell taking action to resolve the problem.

Great experience. In checking online prices company direct provided the best option. Also, at check out I received a surprise bonus endoscope with my order. My order was processed quickly and received timely. The NT710 scanner ordered was an upgrade from a competitors discontinued model I owned and the lifetime updates received with Foxwell was another enticing selling point.

I purchased the TP2000 tool and sensors for my car that needed new sensors. I was able to easily program the replacement sensors with the same number as the OEM sensors and the car was able to communicate with them after a short drive. The cost of the tool and sensors plus installation at a local shop was less than having a tire shop do the complete job.

Fixed what I needed on my Honda! These cars now a days throw codes when you get an alignment done or even change your battery. It’s ridiculous! This tool wasn’t the cheapest but it was still cheaper than taking it to the dealership!

I purchased a NT510 Elite scanner and the software for my Kia. the software will not upload onto the scanner. The emails i received from them appears to be AI generated and there is no way of speaking to someone via telephone. I just wasted over 250 dollars on a scanner that I can’t use. They are of no help when I emailed them. I would never by another product from them again.

Follow-up: I manager from the company to over my case and I was able to finally upload my vehicle to the scanner. I tried it out and it works. Thank you Eric for your help
