It was such a great experience! We were sent to Seattle and had the best time ever. Our hotel was perfect, the activities were amazing, and everything was planned out perfectly!

My husband and I are retired and love to travel! It was so nice to put the planning into someone else’s hands! We answered some questions online and left the rest to them! I called twice asking questions because I had never done anything like this before and they were very nice and helpful. We went for 4 days, 3 nights, and traveled by plane. They made dinner reservations for 3 dinners and several activities. The Inn by the Sea where we stayed was amazing! I felt like royalty!! All arrangements were fabulous! The packet they send you is absolutely amazing! First of all it’s a beautiful presentation with tons of great information! We loved everything about it and will definitely do this again! Thank you pack and up go!

The trip was nice. We did not like flying with American Airlines. They nickle and dimed you for everything. My checked bag was over $100, while my friend’s was $250! Flying out at 5am wasn’t ideal, especially when it took with lay overs 12 hours to get home. We had a whole day taken away from us due to the crazy flights we were given on the way home. We would have taken more uber dollars than having tickets to the butterfly exhibit.

It was one of the best trips we have been on!

For our fifth anniversary, we decided to be a little spontaneous and booked a surprise trip with
Pack Up and Go. We had no idea where we were headed until the morning of our departure.
Waking up at 5 a.m., we hopped in an Uber and made our way to the airport. That’s when we opened our envelope to discover our destination: San Francisco, California! Exhausted but excited, and more than a little hungry, we were ready to see what the city had in store for us. Pack Up and Go had arranged a mostly prepaid itinerary for us, including activities, tours, and even
dinner reservations, though we still had some flexibility and could make adjustments as we went.
Our first adventure was renting electric bikes and riding across the Golden Gate Bridge—an absolutely unforgettable experience. We added a lunch stop at Bubba Gump Shrimp and spent some time exploring Pier 39, which was so much fun. Another highlight was a food tasting tour, where we sampled a variety of Italian dishes while learning about the city’s culinary history. On one afternoon, we even squeezed in a boat trip to Alcatraz, which was a fascinating and unique experience.
We also indulged in some relaxing activities, including a couples massage and a kayaking adventure in the ocean. Our nights were filled with amazing dinners, and our final night featured a romantic steakhouse dinner that was the perfect ending to our trip. We stayed at the Omni Hotel San Francisco, which was gorgeous and incredibly accommodating—they even surprised us with complimentary champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Transportation around the city was an adventure in itself. We rode the iconic trolley, used electric scooters, and even experienced a Waymo self-driving car—creepy but thrilling! Between the well-planned itinerary and the freedom to explore on our own, we truly felt the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. This trip was not only a much-needed vacation but also a chance to reconnect, laugh, and fall in love all over again. San Francisco, and Pack Up and Go, made our fifth anniversary an unforgettable celebration.

Our trip location was on point for our love for food. Some confusion around what was included and what was not for the total price of the trip. Only thing I would change is our departure flight. Would have wanted it to be a little closer to our checkout time from the hotel. Hotel could not offer late checkout and while they did hold onto our bags, we were exhausted after trying to find something to do for 6 hours before our flights without having a place to rest or change clothes/showering. Especially in the hot/humid weather we were in. Overall a pretty decent trip.

First impressions are everything, walked into the hotel, and it was old and musky smelling, our room was tiny and dirty, we had to buy a candle to help with musty smell. All the reservations were ok, the comedy show was distasteful and we walked out 10 mins into the main show.

The surprise aspect was so much fun. It was fun trying to guess where we were going with our friends using the weather report. Everything went so smoothly. The destination was right up our alley. There was so much to see and do within walking distance of our hotel. It was beautiful and historical. The champagne and charcuterie was such a nice touch for our silver anniversary. Having a list and addresses of things to eat, see and do beyond our itinerary was very helpful. I loved not having to figure out where to go and what to do and booking it all. The one thing I wish they would’ve done was book the food walking tour at the beginning of the trip. It gave so much information and ideas of places to see not just eat. We had it on the last full day.

This is my 3rd pack up and go and we absolutely loved iy!

This was our third trip with Pack Up and Go and we love the consistency of attention to detail and well planned activities!
The only critique I have this time around was that we specifically mentioned taking my mother-in-law who was 81 and couldn't do a lot of walking so we thought a larger dollar amount for Uber would have been needed. We spent around $250 personally because she couldn't walk more that 10 minutes to places. That would not keep us from using you again and we tell so many people about them!!

All the recommendations were perfect. I got to see a new side of Greenville I never knew about. The hotel was breathtaking; I would definitely stay there again. Loved exploring the Commons and brewery hopping. The cemetery tour was very interesting. The food tour was more food than I expected, and loved learning about the history of Downtown.

My sister and I had such a great time on our trip! We told everyone we talked to about Pack up Go. Your company made our first trip with our mom very memorable thank you!

We had a great time. It was nice that the flight and hotel were taken care of. I loved having dinner reservations and suggestions about other restaurants for breakfast and lunch. The arranged activities were exactly what we wanted.

This was super easy, and lot of fun and stress free! We can’t wait to book again :) 1000/10 recommend

Great trip for inexperienced travelers. When I phoned the company for help or with questions, I talked to a real person. Communication with this company was excellent before, during, and after my trip.

The entire Pack Up and Go experience was so exciting and fun! From start to finish the communication was awesome. The packet sent in the mail was filled with so much information on tips and suggestions, it was awesome! The hotel was amazing, I’d definitely stay there again. Even the staff of every reserved event for us knew we were celebrating a birthday and always provided something special. The little details made a lasting impression. I would do this experience again and highly recommend to anyone to get out of their comfort zone and try something new.

Our experience was one of the best. The most perfect itinerary, not too little or too much, with the best recommendations. Dinners planned, massages, and stops along the way. I can’t rave enough about the trip!

The customer service is focused on the customers experience. Each email was responded to quickly, professionally and friendly. You feel that they genuinely love what they do - SERVE. Having them plan everything was the best! We had options to change some things but 75% of our time was planned with activities that we love. So Pack Up & Go understand their customers with an aim to serve them with an experience you will tell everyone about. Mission accomplished Pack Up & GO. Denver was a great experience! The hotel was perfect. We ended up keeping the Friday night dinner reservation as well as the walking tour Saturday, both were good recommendations. Saturday evening we found a fun option called Upstairs Circus a crafting social place, and had dinner delivered via Door Dash.

We ended up using Uber and walking a fair amount to get around but the train was easy from the airport. In hindsight we wished we would have tried to use it more.

Two things would have made the experience better:
1. I know you can’t control the weather but the forecast was zero help. We thought the entire weekend was going to be a rainy mess and it rained for 30 minutes one day. The suggestion to bring hiking shoes was not helpful. I never used them despite going to Red Rocks Sunday morning for the sunrise. We were not close enough to hiking to make that viable with all the other things to do on such a short trip.

2. All of the papers in the packet was waaaay too much to juggle. Either an app where you can read about/select/sort/see on the map the things you you was to do. Having a map of the area in sections was helpful but the list of attractions and restaurants etc wasn’t labeled an a way that made it easy to see what was in each area. If an app is not possible putting symbols for each neighborhood on each suggestion would have helped or a list of things by neighborhood rather than all the restaurants together for example. I am happy to make further suggestions on this recommendation if it is helpful.

Overall a great experience, Denver was delightful! It was our second trip together with pack up and go and I am sure we will do it again!
