Nothing but Praise!!
A couple friends and I took our first Pack Up and Go trip and it was a massive success! The survey is thorough and I felt that our trip was curated so beautifully to the preferences we listed. They used our budget well and were readily available if we had any questions or concerns. Every aspect of this trip was so well executed, I would recommend this to everyone!!

Our annual Mom/Daughter was surprise trip this year that took us to New Orleans for a spooky great time! From the ease of our flight, to the fabulous hotel, the reservations for dinner & brunch to the reservations for the ghost & vampire walking tour to the list of endless other things to do, see & eat.
The Hotel Monteleon where our room was a suite on the 15th floor w/an amazing view of the Mississippi River! It had 1.5 bathrooms, which is wonderful for two gals traveling together!
We walked & walked (about 17.5 miles) — first stop was to walk by the river, beignets at Cafe du Monde with the best coffee! Then a look around St. Louis Catheral — there was are festival happening all weekend and we admired the art, bought some art, listened to great jazz & I even had a Tarot Card reading, which was amazing & fun! We took a mule & buggy ride around the French Quarter, and enjoyed Maya and her mule, Bourbon. Dinner was at Sylvain where the food was great but our server, Courtney was even better! Warm, friendly, made great recommendations & was just a pleasure to speak to. Halloween dawned with us all ready in our witch costumes. Breakfast at The Ruby Slipper, never disappoints! Beignets again, for lunch! Marie Laveau’s House of Voodoo, Beckham’s Book Shop w/a store cat named Joanie. A stop in Dark Matter Oddities & Artisan Collective where we bought rings made of copper & a crystal. We had reservations for our ghost & vampire tour, we met up at the VooDoo Lounge where Breon took us on an amazing walking tour of the French Quarter and talked about hauntings, ghosts & vampires — very interesting and gave us a lot to think about. We had room service, once again the hotel did not disappoint.
Saturday was a brunch reservation at The Court of Two Sisters. The courtyard was spectacular! What a wonderful setting for a meal. Sadly, the service was less than stellar & the food was decent, not great.
Both Uber drivers were friendly & great drivers.
Overall, a very, very successful trip and one we will remember for a very long time! BTW: this is trip #3 with Pack Up & Go.

This was my 2nd trip with Pack Up + Go. Just like the 1st trip, this trip was excellent. You complete their questionnaire, then tell them about yourself, your interests, hobbies, etc. They know you and plan an adventurous get away! As an older woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the cities I was sent to. It's exciting to open your envelope for your surprise destination day of departure PU+G is now my yearly adventure, perfect!

We had a great time. To not have to plan the trip was awesome. The motel was fine and the restaurant was also a good choice. The only negative was the hiking experience tour had no hiking. It was great to have a suggested list of places to eat and things to do. We would definitely do it again

Not having to plan and arrange things while in a new place was what I wanted . Pack up and go is AMAZING to use if you don’t feel like planning every single detail, and just want to finally relax. Our trip to Leigh valley, PA was amazing and relaxing. I am thinking of using it again for a solo trip!

Using pack up and go was such a fun experience. They took all the stress away from planning and gave us an amazing vacation. They did a great job of planning things that were tailored to our preferences and the 24/7 support was great for any supplemental help we needed. If you want a fun, well thought out vacation with as little stress as possible, you’ve got to try pack up and go.

From Start to Finish the trip was fabulous! It was my partners birthday weekend. The attention to detail with amazing options couldn't have been better. The boutique hotel, the excursions planned for us, reservations at local eateries. My favorite excursion that I'm still talking about was the Taste Carolina walking food tour. I can't say enough about Donna the tour guide. She was amazing and knowledgeable about the area. We were in Wilmington,NC by the way. I totally recommend using Pack Up + Go. We have so few surprises left in life anymore and it was like waiting for Christmas Day.

Pack Up & Go is such a fun concept and they make sure you have a stellar experience. Everything is top notch including the customer service. I love how the website and printed documents look. The input survey covers all the bases to ensure you have a great trip. The trip itself is well planned - good mix of reserved activities and free time. The hotels are luxurious and top of the line.

My girls birthday weekend was such a blast because of Pack Up & Go. Everything was so easy to utilize and experience that I will definitely be doing this again. We had everything we needed to get around, an itinerary that was perfectly timed for us to enjoy our experiences without feeling rushed, and the personalization to make it feel like a dear friend planned it all. I love this company!

We loved the detail put into the room, dinner reservations, and activity. The room and hotel were great. The food tour was awesome!

I have taken a couple of trips and now can say this is the perfect, customer service oriented, amazing travel service. I have done the complete surprise trip and the new offering of you pick the place, get there and they handle the rest. I love both options, as the pick the place allowed me to use points to get to the location and on my schedule. The trip is planned perfectly, enough time to relax yet be a part of an adventure. This is not the best part - the best part is their customer service. I mean they set the standard for kind, professional, personable customer service communication and assistance. I am so tired of paying money to be treated rudely or like a number. This company got it right and maintains that standard. I rave about it to anyone that will listen. Do it and you will have a memory to brag about for years!! And then book another trip!

After completing our first trip I can say we were thrilled w the experience! As avid travelers sometimes we get stuck in the planning and details of if everything works out perfectly and not relaxing or enjoying the moment, pack up & go took those stressors away! There was such ease completing the survey and submitting our dates of travel and funds. The very next day I wanted to shift our travel dates by one day, that call took me all of 45 seconds. What was set up was phenomenal, they definitely paid attention to our survey and came through. Outside of what was already booked, we used another few recommendations on the list provided and those didn't disappoint either. We had a great time, so many stressors were taken off our plate using this Co. and we definitely plan to use them again in the future!

They thought of everything! The trip was so fun! I would have never picked Philly on my own but I’m so glad they did! We will absolutely book with them again!

Wow - 100% recommend! This was an adventure from the beginning. We would never have chosen St.Petersburg as a place to visit and I’m so glad we did! All of our excursions were right up our alley and the guide for the city was exactly what we like. We could even come back - there was so much we wanted to do! The accommodations were gorgeous. This was an unforgettable trip and the Pack Up and Go staff was so helpful along the way.

I was very impressed with customer support. I had a concern with travel plans, and they made arrangements and responded so quickly! Our trip was absolutely wonderful, and I didn't have to worry about any of the details!

I loved the activities and restaurants that were planned for me! I loved the atmosphere of the city, the people in it, and the resources packed up and go provided.

First experience was amazing, told so many people about it, tried it as a girls trip - hotel room was musty, we left the comedy show planned for us because it didn’t agree with our beliefs and was overall wholly disappointing, I felt awful for talking my friends into trying it instead of planning our own trip.

We had an amazing time in Seattle. All of the reservations were spot on and we felt so pampered!

This is our first time doing a Pack Up + Go kind of trip and I can say it will not be the last!! The excitement of opening our envelope the morning we left for the airport all the way to flying home was the greatest experience. My best friend and I made so many new memories and we will never forget them!
