i believe if the bottom pad was wider, it would make it easier to wear and not leak due to misalignment. hard to get it right where it belongs when you have week fingers

It takes time to learn your adjustments on the clamp. I have had a couple of accidents but i keep adjusting.

After prostrate surgery the Pacey Cuff was recommended to me by my physician. I went by your chart and ordered one along with the comfort band. Unfortunately the comfort band added girth and I could not get past the #2 setting without discomfort. After reordering the next larger size all went well. It takes a little time to adjust to the cuff.

Since using the Pacey Cuff I can play golf or go out to dinner without that damp feeling of protective pads. I can go for extended periods until reaching a bathroom and just releasing the cuff to urinate freely with no leakage prior to getting there. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be active and worry free. Wish I would have bought it sooner….

Received my Pacey Cuff 2 days ago and it is has already changed my quality of life.
I had prostate surgery in 2022 followed by radiation and have since developed radiation cystitis in my bladder had 5 cystoscopies last year with the last one in Dec 2025 where they used a "roller ball" on the inside of the bladder. I have had severe incontinence since Dec 2025 to the point where I was going through 15 heavy pads some days and on average around 12 pads per day. total loss of bladder control, when I stood up, my bladder emptied without any control. I put on my Pacey Cuff two days ago and have no incontinence leaks since. It took me a few hours to get the proper settings and now I am able to finally go for walks with my wife, shop, and live my life again. I just ordered a second one to that I can alternate while one is drying from being washed. Thank you Pacey Cuff.

Took a bit of patience, but I finally am leak free! I am going padless around the house. I will soon brave going out.

works well but the bottom strap is very hard to keep in position as it tends to move to the location it was in when packaged and allows it to leak. Strongly suggest shipping the bottom strap unassembled to stop the "preset"

I have been thinking about this response! The stupid blue comfort strap is more trouble than it helps! It is not easy to put on but after a while you get it on and it works fine. But it is not easy! I will cancel my subscription soon and hope the refund works!! I wont use any more!

I had radical prostrate surgery almost a year ago and still struggle with incontinence. I've tried everything and hope I can gain complete control again. This has been the best solution for me and where I currently am. Follow the instructions, and it works. It is not as uncomfortable as other clamps you may see

This is third one of these I have gotten . These are a lifesaver , after prostrate surgery these were the best to use, I had used pads , clips , underwear . nothing working. After a physical therapist told me to try these it was whole better life. I then was able to back to work full time at 72 years old . I had a problem with the second one I got and Duane replaced it for me. No charges at all. I would highly recommend this product.

The comfort kit is too short. I can't leave the cuff on all day. I have to remove it to allow blood flow.

Following a prostatectomy and subsequent radiation therapy, I tried many ways to deal with the resulting incontinence – Kegel exercises, pelvic floor therapy, pads, adult diapers, reusable incontinence underwear. To my great disappointment, none of these worked very well. I even talked to a specialist and was considering surgery to implant an artificial urinary sphincter (AUS). Then I heard about the Pacey Cuff and gave it a try. It works like a charm! I’ve been using it for about 5 weeks now and can report that it has reduced the leakage by 80% or more. I still use pads as backup protection, but I haven’t had any more embarrassing “accidents” when I cough, sneeze, laugh, or rise from a chair. Now I can go places with confidence. It only took me a day or two to figure out how to adjust it properly, and I find it very easy and convenient to use. It is discreet and I almost forget I’m wearing it. It’s comfortable to wear all day, and easy to release when I need to empty my bladder, without having to remove the cuff. To me, it seems like it performs essentially the same function as an AUS while avoiding unpleasant surgery and its potential problems. It’s not perfect, but it’s by far the best alternative I’ve found. I would enthusiastically recommend the Pacey Cuff to any guy suffering from urinary incontinence.

Have now gone through 2 cuffs after more than 1 year. I’m troubled by the need to replace every 6 months or so but have found performance begins to deteriorate after that amount of time. I feel like I’m placing the same way each time but sometimes it works and, mysteriously, other times not. Problems include occasional pinching and, at times, leakage like it’s not even on. As a frequent traveler, I recommend removing before passing through airport security and then retreating to a men’s room afterwards to reapply it.

Did not like it. Does not stop the dribble. A little expensive for a device that pinches and does not shut off the valve? Sorry to report this. I was so hopeful!

Very difficult to adjust properly. Even with the comfort strip it is uncomfortable after about 30 minutes of activity.

The Pacey Cuff works well, especially if you are active. It took some tweaking and practice, but is more comfortable than the clip type, especially when wearing jeans. The comfort strap that comes with it slips and spins too much, I’ve had to use some paper tape under the cuff.

Great device well designed. It has helped me tremendously. No more leaks. Peace of mind.

Most of the time it is comfortable to the point it's like it's not there. I am experiencing an improved control of the number of trips to the toilet and a confidence that is comforting. I am wondering if my bladder capacity is improving with the Cuff as a sphincter "backup". I do get some very minor leakage when my bladder is "really full"; but, it is not a problem and a tremendous improvement. I also continue Kegel exercise. I feel like it will be a long time, if ever, before I would not use a guard.

Well desined, but finding the comfort band way too short around. Im finding its hard to connect to stabize penis.
