Pace has taught me Real Estate, Mindset and how to be a Go-Giver. I have met amazing ppl and Im around like minded ppl that want to help each other grow and are doing deals. This mentorship is also a lifetime mentorship.

What if there was a mentorship that showed you how to build a real estate business from scratch, and be financially free… no, I mean what if there was a mentor that gave you a step by step by step on how to actually accomplish that? This is hands down the greatest mentorship on Earth. I have only been in for a short amount of time but I have seen ridiculous amounts of success. This is because of the COMMUNITY and the LEADERS this mentorship has. This community is all about being a go-giver and coming into your own as a leader whose job it is to succeed in your own business but to simultaneously help others along the journey. If you don't want to give MORE than you receive, this isn't the place for you. If you're ready to commit to something bigger than you, and be insanely successful at the same time, this could be your home - you just don't know it yet.

I stumbled upon Pace on a wholesaling inc YouTube episode a while back ago. It’s said that “everything happens for a reason.” Well I think the reason I stumbled upon him and pulled the trigger on joining his mentorship was so I could help thousands of people and bring value to my community. Pace has enabled me to do so by showing me to solve problems for distressed home owners creatively and by giving back by helping other investors to do the same.

I have only been part of this group a few days but prior to joining I followed Pace and his friends for months. The content he produces in Facebook, YouTube and Instagram is earth shattering but none of this compares to the community he has built.

This far beyond a mentorship. This is the place where you are surrounded by family, the place where you can ask a question openly, the place where if you are new you won’t fail because you got everyone behind you supporting you. Being a part of this community has allowed me to grow and get an understanding on how to be a go giver. I’m the type of person that sits in the back of the class but being here has allowed me to step out my comfort zone and become a leader. I still have work to do but I know I’m in the right place. Joined Pace Morby's mentorship in Dec 2020 and in less than a year I have quadrupled my education, my access to resources and I've done 4 deals. Now that may not sound like a lot, but I'm very proud of this because I have a very demanding W2 job and was doing this part-time. This community is so awesome and everyone wants everybody else to succeed. I've never been a part of something like this and it's made all the difference in my real estate journey!!!

I joined this mentorship of this year in February of 2021 and it was one of the top decisions I have ever made in my life. I had just come from a really crappy mentorship that was a massive disappointment and was feeling lost. I had a rental but never did an off market deal. Pace's leadership, content, and the community he created allowed me to do my first wholesale deal in April. If I wasn't in one of his Q&A that deal never would of happened. He was talking about a similar situation I was in and realized I could make it work. Since then I've done 13 wholesale deals (some creative), 2 wraps, and have a few other properties under contract. Without Pace specifically and the community he built I may of never been here. Who knows, I may of quit because it felt impossible.

On top of this, I had a tricky deal I brought to Pace for help and to make a long story short, he bought the deal in North Carolina (his first property there), paid me an awesome assignment deal and flew me out to join his Mastermind!!!!!!! It was an unbelievable experience. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know about Pace, Subto Mentorship and his community, then you probably should stay at your W-2.

When I think of Pace and the communities he’s built, it brings to mind impactful amongst other things. I’m a part of subto.com and the effect it has had on my life by being around like minded individuals who has the same go giving personality as Pace has changed my life tremendously and it’s because of our leader Pace J. Morby. You recall how Michael Jordan showed up in game 6 of the NBA playoffs? That’s Pace “Game 6” Morby daily. To be a part of this group is to become family. Influence is one thing but to make an impact is another. Te best mentor(ship) on planet earth!

Joining the Subto community on my journey to leave my W2 and find financial freedom was the best decision I ever made. I, fortunately, was able to skip out on a lot of the other mentorships out there because I was introduced to this community so early on in my quest in starting my own real estate investing company.

He's such a genuine person. There's something to be said about someone who wants you to succeed so much that he's willing to take the burden off of a tough L, but also understanding the need for a lesson to be learned. He doesn't sugar coat or make things seem like everything is all good all the time but he absolutely has teaching moments from both the good and not so good. I've leaned so much from him that my number of units had almost doubled in the 4 months I've been with him.

Best real estate educator ever! Built the best community known to man.

I joined the Subto Community over a year ago and I've definitely gotten more my money's worth. This Community introduced to all of the resources I needed in my local market to get any deal done. Anytime I have an issue I have many options from going back to other members doing a lot of deals locally, ask the entire community or reach out to Pace directly on one of his many zooms. Pace is constantly trying to find out what is people's many problems when it comes to getting deals done and giving out his resources to help them. He has handed out tens thousands of dollars in list, access to closers to help you close the sellers, daily role playing sessions, free lead generation strategies.
