I feel incredibly blessed to come across Pace Morby by chance on YouTube. I started watching all of his content, and I figured what the point of joining his mentorship, he seemed to give everything away for free anyway. Over time, I saw many of his students speaking so highly of the mentorship that I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I reached out to a few students, and there was a similar theme between what all students said - Pace goes so far above and beyond what you sign up for.

With that, I decided to join, and the students actually undersold the value of the mentorship. Pace is genuinely one of a kind person. The quality of the content he teaches is second to none, but on top of that, he actually cares about each of his students and their success in their business. It's the opposite of transactional, which every other mentorship is like. One thing that is most overlooked is the community that Pace has built. It's a family doing business together. Again, no other mentorship is like this.

Best Decision I ever made. Anyone who comes in to the program with the right attitude and ready to bust their ass (without stopping ever) will get the results. This is a Lifetime Mentorship with tons of resources, activities, opportunity and community. I want to make this clear. Real Estate investing is real work in the real market and the competition is fierce. No one in any mentorship is going to make your success happen for you. SubTo and Pace (he would be happy that I said it in that order, because he puts us first every chance he gets) goes the extra mile to take away any excuse for all willing participants and as I call them family members.(much Love SubTo Fam!) Mindset plays a huge roll here and perseverance is essential to make it in this business. Coming from industrial skilled and manual labor into Re investing, I have been stretched in ways I couldn't have imagined. I can't imagine there being any better mentorship on earth.... The Pace Method mentorship is the best....hands down! He has been able to build a community of like-minded people, who value Collaboration Over Competiton. Pace himself provides so much value in not just teaching the community how to be successful but SHOWING us as well. I could stop there but let me elaborate a little.
It isn't a normal mentorship. It is a community of people that have a "Go-Giver" mindset. People that freely give of their own time and resources just to help others. Whether that is a newbie trying to get their first deal or experienced investors that are looking to grow and learn new things. And Pace isn't an absentee mentor in this process. He goes waaaay above and beyond what he is obligated to do. He leads with honor and integrity and DEMANDS that of those inside the community.

It sounds perfect, you may say. It isn't. Honestly, what is? It is made up of people. And as you know, no one is perfect. People get busy, have bad days, etc and sometimes things can get overlooked for a time.
But what makes the difference is the mentality and constant striving to make things better and as perfect as possible. This is what truly sets Pace above all other teachers, mentors, and groups.

I have yet to have a time when I haven't found the help that I needed. I would say that you reap what you sow, and that is true, but in actuality even if your lazy and want things done for you, you will still get some benefit out. Just because people give so freely.
Now, if you put in hard work and constantly strive towards your goals, this community will help you achieve them faster than anywhere else.

All in all I am proud to be a member of this community and would highly recommend Pace.

I almost spent $25k on what would have absolutely been the wrong mentorship. I manifested this mentorship. Manifested all aspects of it. So much so that I wasn't ready for my own manifestation. I had to legit grow into it.

The community Pace has built us unlike anything else out there. I have not finished the training itself but I have confidence going into any situation that I am able to get the answer if I don't know it. The entire community has each others back and we all succeed together. Pace and his team are actively involved and they produce more new content every week than is feasible to consume. He builds leaders up and helps them grow personally and professionally. I'm new and barely scratching the surface of what's available to me, there is ZERO doubt in my mind I joined the right program and I'm in it for life.

It is a very humbling experience to be part of a mentorship that has so much strength and support within the community. I have not seen such a tightknit group of like minded individuals come together like this before. I am grateful To continue growing and learning each and every day.

I've paid for "courses" and "mentorships" in the past only to feel disappointed and let down after reviewing the content. SubTo was recommend to me from a friend and I was extremely skeptical of his claims. I thought there's no way this community is really that good and offer's as much value etc etc.. all of this was from getting burned countless times by internet gurus promising everything and never following through. The SubTo community is completely different than anything I've ever been a part of.. Everyone in here is a team player and genuinely want you to succeed! If you are going through the process and feel stuck there are hundreds of community leaders ready and able to help you through your sticking pints for FREE! If that's not enough, Pace will answer your questions / concerns personally. The amount of value this community provides can not truly be expressed through this review. Pace is a true go giver and will not stop until you're successful, and then push you to go further!

SubTo is an amazing mentorship but the biggest difference between it and anything else out there is the community. Pace is a big believer in collaboration over competition and this mindset has created a community of people willing to take time out of their days to help others in any way they can.

There is so much information provided in this mentorship and even more being added daily with all the BONUS zooms Pace does and those organized by student leaders within the community. All of this information can be overwhelming and cause lots of questions but simply asking the community will get you the answers you need.

Mentorship aside, Pace is an incredibly generous and caring person, an inspirational leader, and a the perfect role model for anyone in or wanting to get into the business.

Words can't begin to express my gratitude for being a part of the SUBTO community. Pace and the SUBTO community have CHANGED MY LIFE! The value from just the community alone can't touch the cost of admission. Best investment I have EVER made in myself as a person and a business owner. Where do I start.. Pace is simply amazing!! The simple fact that the mentorship is for life speaks volume. There is about 20-25 zooms a week. I always have an opportunity to ask him questions on the Q&A zooms and he visits his subto students when he travels. He is a genuine mentor that really cares about the success of his students. I am so glad I joined the mentorship and I wish I knew about it sooner.

I've been in other mentorships before, including a few outside of the field of real estate investing, and have gotten value from all of them, without regrets. Pace's subto has and continues to overdeliver. The secret sauce seems to be that he fosters leadership within the community, where new members can look towards veteran members to learn, gather resources, and even partner on deals. Those members then pay it forward to the next newcomers. Pace tirelessly contributes to the community he's built, often having live bonus Zoom meetings beyond those included in the mentorship. In addition, he has team members and fellow community members running meetings in various support meetings, such as beginner support, sales call role playing, and regional accountability groups' weekly meetings.

Writing this, I realized that I didn't even mention the core content, the video instructions of the material. For many mentorships, that's about 80% or more of the entire package. With Pace, it's really just the first steps. Those resources are clearly presented, logically laid out, and easy to absorb. Once understood though, you're expected to use it to take action, both within the subto out in the world!

I've worked with several community members and am making progress in my business that I did not think possible, all while maintaining my W-2 role as a public school teacher. More importantly, I'm tapping into and cultivating personal traits that have previously remained perpetually dormant. Afraid to call a stranger to ask about selling their home? You'll be doing that with support very quickly, as long as you're willing to take the leap. Don't know what to say at step 1, or 2, or 100? You'll be given guidance for the whole process to achieve your goals, from Google Map to Street View.

Finally, I am enjoying the whole process. You could call it work, but learning these skills, growing, and working socializing with the amazing people in this community is simply fun. Thank you, Pace, for everything you've built here. I'll be sure to pay it forward.
