Shaddy community. First of all most of not all the training topics are on YouTube for free. What you pay for is guidance and connect with people in the community. The community members we encountered have been shaddy. We had deals stolen from us after we did the hard work. Example: I reported a Subto leader of the Florida community. He has a website to JV with him. We provided all the details and after that he never called up back or returned our calls. That is just one but we had it happen more than once.

I have been in the community for 3 months . It has been a great experience. I work 110 hour weeks at a labor insensitive job and I was able to knock out the 6 week course in 2 weeks. All the videos and zooms are like a fire hose of knowledge! It definitely feels overwhelming at times. But feeling overwhelmed and uncomfortable are part of my job so I feel right at home here. I don't make excuses I get it done. And so do the people in this community, everyone gives so much and it is such a great place to be . Everyone is helpful and kind , I don't know what more I could ask for.

Join this mentorship, Pace Morby is an amazing human being, he gives and gives and gives to his students and community along with teams of unbelievable people. This community changed my life, I will and am on track in just a few months to making millions of dollars.

I would give Pace a lower or negative rating if at all possible. His organization is a big marketing machine with high-pressure sales associates with the bare minimum of delivery of what is promised. This is by no means a mentorship and the instructional videos provide minimal value for anyone who truly wishes to become a real estate investor. You’re basically paying enormous sums of money to be thrown into an online community on FB of a bunch of folks who have been sold the same hopes and dreams from Pace and his team. Pace repetitively references his and examples in his tutorials and has little to show for successful students that have actually been able to capitalize on what they’ve learned through this program. Avoid at all costs! There are better ways to invest in your education. Creative financing is not some magic pill, it is just one option in the negotiation process with a seller. It all comes down to the numbers and working to arrive at a win-win for buyer and seller. Pace hung his hat in the is “SubTo” concept because it sounds lofty and sexy to the uninitiated. ⚠️ 🛑 ⛔️

Upsell course that milks the shh out of you threatens to kick you out for any little thing after they’ve taking your money thru guideline swindling. Allegations of being involved with allies that are sex offenders in trouble with the law. Also alleged accusations of grand theft north of $500,000. Why would someone write such a lengthy post exposing this program as such a filthy Cesspool. Dig deep to the last pages of comments and you will find 3 to 4 people with awful comments exposing the rhetoric scrutiny scamming and debauchery. I’m just posting this to help someone the May be sincerely trying to get their life on track willing to invest their last of finance Hardwork time and effort to turn over a new leaf. Only to get robbed and scammed by another snake in the grass. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED BE CAREFUL BUYING THESE COURSES FROM PEOPLE TODAY

It's a scam guys. They stole $150 dollars from me.

I have been in the Subto community since 11/2020 and absolutely love it. I have seen the group grow and have experienced growth in my business thanks to Pace and all the resources provided. There is tons of valuable information being generated daily. One misconception I have noticed is people joining and thinking that the group is going to do the the work for you and that you are entitled to have someone help on demand. This is not the case. Pace and the team provide all the information anyone needs to succeed in this business via BONUS zooms that are not required to be provided but they make and provide to everyone. Don’t get it twisted, you still need to put the work in and also look and ask for it. People will help you if they can but you are still required to put in the work. If it was easy everyone would have financial freedom. Pace is the foundation that has built a great resource for all members and his passion for Real Estate will continue to blow my mind. This mentorship is not perfect however I truly believe that it is the best one ever created and the ONLY one that will continue to provide the most valuable information.

Best real estate mentorship/community out there. Pace is a go-giver and spends as much time as possible making sure the people in his circle have access to the knowledge needed to succeed. Within this community I have met all of my business partners. A great group of people.
