Claire in the customer service dept was brilliant. I sent an email at the weekend about the problem we had and she replied back Monday morning had it totally sorted by Tuesday morning, both bins replaced with 2 new ones as oil from another bin got all over them, excellent customer service from Claire

I'm a pay per lift customer and I recently moved property, Oxigen were very helpful with my move and brought my bins to my new property, hassle free without closing my account and setting up a new account again.

Was very good

The driver was rude to deal with and got stuck in my lawn turning his truck around. There was a big stone concrete area that he could have turned on but insisted on turning on the grass ruining a good bit of the lawn. In fairness to oxigen they repaired my lawn. But overall how they issue was dealt with was not good

Great customer service, right from the telephone advisor to the driver that dropped off the skip to another that picked up the skip. Straightforward, and on time.

I have my weekly bin collection with Oxigen and always get text updates of any changes. I recently hired a skip and it was delivered and collected as I asked. Very professional courteous staff

Bit of a disaster getting a skip. Had to phone multiple times to get it. The guy in the office assumed it would be ok to arrive the next day for some odd reason. Then I have to contact twice to get it picked up. It was with us an extra 2 weeks. Seems like the Dundalk office is not competent, or want customers to store Oxigen skips for them.

The increase from 0 stars to 2 stars is for the guys on the trucks. They were great.

Edit 29/11/2022: I replied to Oxigen with the information provided and nothing. Complete radio silence. Lost a star for that ignorance.

The skip was delivered on time I gave a date for it to be collected I had to ring twice for skip to be taken away and on both occasions found the customer service to be quite rude

My bins were not collected in error & when I phoned to query the situation, Ciara handled my enquiry with courtesy and professionalism. She called me back promptly and rearranged a new collection date. She then called me 2 days later to arrange an even earlier collection date. I was very impressed that Ciara put such effort into contacting me and coordinating with the rest of her team to make sure I was accommodated. I really appreciated this. Thank you

Forgot to pull my bins out to the front of my house. The lads on the bins saw this and came in and pulled them out with the message to me running out"Go back to bed, we got this " because it was pitch black and 4 in the morning. Great service going the extra mile but really appreciated.

This has to be the worst ever service anyone could get. In a year my bins were missed 5 times. I never missed a payment. Now they think it's ok to collect from 10pm to 12pm after leaving a bin out all night from the previous night. Then your bin is left out on the road. Yes on the road. In the main street of a town. I've made numerous calls and was told all would be rectified. Tonight 10.30 PM. Bin out on the main street again. Just sick and tired. Complete rubbish service. Excuse the pun.

We had been using Oxigen bins in the house we were renting for over a year and we never had any problem until now. We had requested that the bins were to be emptied and lifted at the start of June, 8 weeks ago. That was requested through an email and we received a response saying they would. They are still sitting outside the house and they are still full. We can all imagine the smell of rubbish sitting in a bin for over 8 weeks. We have been in contact with Oxigen every week for the past 8 and we are promised they will be collected the following week. The staff are sending emails to the operative manager and we were told that the manager would go out himself and collect them to ensure it was done. I don’t understand what the problem is that the bins can not be emptied and collected. We have to ring our former landlord every week to tell them that they have promised that they will be collected that week and we end up having the same problem the following week! We are so annoyed and frustrated!

Extremely polite and very efficient service from every member of staff I spoke to, either face to face or via email. A credit to the company. Thank you very much.

I required a large water-tight skip to collect cuttings from a well drilling operation. I tried numerous other firms in Dublin and none of them were able to guarantee me a watertight skip with lids. Noel in Oxigen was extremely helpful in getting me a suitable skip. It was delivered and collected on schedule. Noel listened carefully to my specific requirements and obliged with excellent service. Very happy to recommend Oxigen to other customers.

Driver was very good and placed the skip where we requested. However, the delivery was delayed by several hours and the pick was delayed by a few days.
