On time, great service, and best price....

I was very happy with the service from the phone call to make enquiries to booking it online later that day. The skip arrived early in the morning and the gentleman was extremely helpful as to where I wanted it placed. However I had selected for it be collected on Monday morning and it was actually collected until 4 days later, not the end of the world we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to have it ready.

Quick bit of feedback on the lad that delivered the skip... a total gentleman... arrived on time, gave a call in advance to let us know his exact arrival, very pleasant, extremely helpful and patient while we worked out best place to drop the skip, and unmatched skill in driving the lorry... in one take he had it reversed off a narrow road back into a narrow lane that had no more than an inch of clearance on either side... a complete pro all around, can't imagine a better man for the job. We also use Oxigen for our regular domestic waste collection, very reliable, they always put the bins right back where they got them from (unlike some other collection companies that just push them back anywhere at all), and they do better than all the other companies in trying to stay affordable. Highly recommended for all your waste collection needs.

Good company to deal with

I paid for the skip online, when it didnt arrive on the day I had to call. I was told there were issues with your payments for a lot of prople. When i made payment online, I did not get any error messages. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful qnd she sorted my issue quickly. We were a day late getting the skip but turnwd out ok in the end.

Straight forward. Skip delivered in the morning, lady called day before collection to make sure is ready. Very happy with service.

It was so simple to order online. Delivered on time, with notifications from a very friendly driver, great communication if needed. Taken away , no fuss.

Skip delivered on time and in good shape / clean for use. Driver was careful depositing it to the right spot on driveway. Staff were kind enough to let me retain it for an extra couple of days. Best skip experience I’ve had. Will use again and happy to recommend.

I would like to thank Lynn and all the team who came to the rescue over Easter. I honestly couldn’t believe someone answered the phone on Good Friday not alone that but someone to ring me back and texted me. Very impressed with efficient delivery and collection of a skip. Would highly recommend.
