Basically I buy my vape PAVA touch AI for 95£ and didn't give me receve and guarantee after 3 weeks didn't charge on, so I went to shop to change my vape and they didn't at this point I will contact Citizens Advice police finance.

You sent two review requests, email and text, as well as a "welcome" spam email (alongside the regular order confirmation email) when all I did was buy one (1) thing on your website. Annoying

I had a very good experience with the staff, sorry I did not get his name but he was so good in suggesting things and knows your product very well, also informing me what comes next to the store. So there I went home very happy with my purchase😊

I viewed a smart men's coat on the Oxford Store website and preferred to try it on prior to purchasing. I visited the retail store in Southland Shopping center and received excellent service from the sales consultant. I tried on a few different styles in varies colours and nothing was too much trouble for them. I also received great advise as to which coat looked best on me and went with that advise.
I am extremely happy with the coat quality and the fabric is tops and will definitely be purchasing form The Oxford Shop again

Fast, speedy and accurate delivery.
Easy to order online but a little difficult to ensure whether or not your delivery will be left at the front door of your nominated address due to not being home.
Regardless of the value it should be a given that if you request home delivery it is there when you get home and not redirected to a clearing house especially if you request express delivery.

I recently ordered two polos for work and both shirts were faulty. The stitching in the collar tags have started to rip away from the shirts leaving holes in the fabric after only a month of use. I know mistakes happen and I believe in giving businesses a chance to remedy issues and judge them on how they deal with it rather than the issue itself. I contacted customer service and they were prompt in their communication until I provided the photos and order number and they have since ignored me. I've asked 3 times for an update and have been completely ignored. Oxford have been very disappointing and I won't purchase from them again.

I would've bought more. But when I added more than 4 polos, price was reverting to 49 instead of 2 for 78. I tried various combinations but still had same issue so stopped at 4 polos.

Very poor service, I ordered trainers and I have not received them, I have been waiting over a week for these and they still have not been shipped, tried emailing the company numerous times and had no reply whatsoever, I have asked for a rufund and I am still being ignored

The sale was good with lots of available sizes. However, with the first order I had to email to ask about my order and it wasnt dispatched until after that. Then I had to send 2 pairs mens shorts and 2 pairs trousers back for larger size and had to pay $18 to post back. There was no exchange process; completely separate return/refund and re-buy correct size.

I got a refund for one of the product for no reason. It would be nice to know what happened and if there is an alternative can be offered. I guess the size I ordered was out of stock, but it still shows in stock online after the refund. So why was it refunded? Or do you care about the accuracy of your stock level online?
