Very Very Happy with my purchases

I have always had a positive experience shopping online with Oxford. Service is prompt and communication and clear and timely. Quality if clothing is excellent.

On July 4, I purchased a new pair of boots from the airport shop. On July 13 the heal fell off.
Contacted them for assistance with a copy of visa statement showing purchase and photo of the fault but have been offered no assistance. Apparently ACCC rules don't apply to the Oxford Shop.

The blazer was not the 98% wool it claimed to be. It was inferior material and cheap looking. They are not responding to my emails or phone calls. I have returned it, but cannot contact anyone to find out where my refund is. The phone is never answered. My emails are not replied to. Terrible customer service on what was an expensive blazer.

Good communication and delivery. Had other swap a size which was easy as I was able to go into a shop to try on the next size.

Great conversation with the young Brazilian gentleman who offered me some good suggestions. It’s good to not feel like being pushed into a sale rather a conversation that helps you make a good choice.

Suit trousers in my usual size were ridiculously small, but have to pay postage costs for the return. Too risky to order again as the sizes are so off, I will be continuously paying for postage costs. Useless

I bought a beautiful Milton Wool Blend blazer for a huge discount. But what a quality jacket. I recommend 100%. The shipping was so fast, less than 2 days!!!!

Ordered a few items on March 21 2026. Oxford thanked me for order and 2 days later sent an email saying sorry refund in process and items are not in stock.
I then ordered a couple of addtional items on Marc 25 2006. Same thing happened.
I then called to understand why they dont update thier website to reflect actual stocks. THe customer serivce person was hopeless and said sorry madam I dont have any way to help you. I asked to escalete to manager, same response " sorry madam, we dont have a manager". Hopeless comapny!!!

As ever the staff at the botany road branch are helpful (without being annoying) and I walked out with classy bargains that I’ll be wearing for years.

I logged in easily, checked my sizes from my previous order and could navigate straight to the pants and shirts that I was looking for. There were plenty of options and I knew about the specials from an email.

Don't send spam emails to gather data. I pay you for a product, I do not owe you my time or information.

I love the quality and style - the sales are amazing and run for a lengthy time!
One less star for generally a more upmarket priced brand that i probably just pick up pieces when on sale.
