Awful. Was with stitch fix never actively signed up to it, sent clothes, having read reviews sent straight back without trying on but checking everything in on the list they said. When confirmed received back they said I had kept a top. It took over 2 months to accept this including them threatening to send the debt collectors. Next step is to get them to delete all my details

Avoid at all costs! I had a delivery in February. Despite sending four emails, and getting constant emails back stating they are busy and will get back to me ASAP, I am now being threatened with debt collection for an order that was returned two months ago! Not a patch on stitch fix, shocking customer service.

I did not sign up for an account. I was sent some clothes- two pieces of which I liked and kept. I have been trying to pay for them since. I have sent five emails to Customer Services to enquire how to pay but have not had a response. Instead I get increasingly aggressive automated emails telling me to pay but they do not provide details of how. I don’t know how to get through to anyone and the links in the automated emails don’t work. I can’t sign into an account as I don’t have one. I would avoid this shambles of a company at all costs.

Charged for a dress that I didn’t keep and no response to my emails, no answer when I try to call. Daylight robbery.

I never signed up an account, I never placed an order and I never received any items.

They charged by credit card for almost £500 which I reported as fraud, so my credit card company reversed the charge.

They are now chasing me for payment. I have replied multiple times with this information and have had no reply.

Terrible Experience with Outfittery - Charged for Returned Item!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Outfittery, and it was an absolute nightmare. I purchased a box of clothes online, only to find out it didn't fit when it arrived. No problem, right? Wrong! When I tried to return it, they made the process so complicated and time-consuming. But that's not even the worst part. They had the audacity to charge me for the returned item! Absolutely disgraceful. Their customer service was unhelpful and indifferent, showing no empathy whatsoever. I felt cheated and disrespected as a customer. Needless to say, I will never be shopping at Outfittery again, and I advise others to steer clear unless they want to deal with the same headache and financial loss.

AVOID AT ALL COST. CANCEL ANY CURRENT SUBSCRIPTIONS IMMEDITALEY.

Charged for items that weren't even in the box. Sent numerous emails with no response. Called several times and no answer. Having read the other reviews doesn't look like the money will every be returned.

STAY AWAY. Received £800+ of clothes, the total price being made quite opaque. The clothes themselves were pretty good and the style also. HOWEVER, there was a £90 jumper missing from the delivery and just like many of the reviews here I have been charged for it, despite raising a help ticket immediately and also emailing the direct addresses many times. I did receive a note after two weeks to say that there was a big back log of complaints (I BET THERE IS), however after another week they still charged me for the missing item. Don't use Outfittery they can't service what they have and I'm SURE they are purposely fully missing out items to bank the money, how else could it be so common? Either that or someone in their store room is ripping them off. STAY AWAY for now.

I've been signed up without ever having an account with them and they are now trying to get me to pay £550 for clothes I didn't order.

There was no way to amend my box of returns so I emailed several times to say that I will be returning everything. Obviously, there is no direct chat and it took them over 18 days to respond to my email to say that that was fine.

Lo and behold, I have been charged for an item which I have returned!!! There is no way to dispute this or manage your account online so I have no idea how to get my money back.

My details were passed to Outfittery from the outgoing Stitch Fix last year.

Out of nowhere, a box containing over £500 of clothes arrived. All nice enough stuff, but very expensive and I didn't ask for any of it.

I CALCULATE THE COST OF OUTFITTERY HAVING MY DETAILS WITHOUT MY CONSENT IS ABOUT £1,000. SO LET'S CALL IT EVEN!

I would use no stars if I could. I sent an entire box back and I have been charged for 1 item. Thank goodness I quickly froze my card as soon as I got the email as they tried to take the money less than 24 hours later. I am extremely annoyed that Stitchfix sold my bank details to these people........

I attempted this service after receiving a 10% voucher fir previously using Stich Fix. They have over complicated every aspect of the process that stich fix previously used. They now send out at least half a grand worth of clothes with a shorter return window. Additionally you need to mark the clothes that you are now return back on their website if you don't They will not register the clothes as returned and send you much more spam. Do not use them do not trust them

This company has stolen nearly 500 pounds from my bank account, I previously used stichfix, I gave no permission to have my details transferred, I also do not understand how they have my bank details to take money as I always used PayPal for my stichfix subscription.
The only words I can use is fraudulent scammers. This is now put me in so much hardship I can't afford to eat this month. I just prey I can get this back.

Sold clothes without my consent or agreement. Box of clothes just turned up out of the blue. Seemingly stichfix sold my bank details and measurements etc to this company.

Same as the others review here. My details was sold to this company by stitch fix , then I received a box full of clothes , returned everything immediately then was invoiced for 20£ for something I didn't keep ! Any way we can go the legal route for breach of gdrp ?

Nice items. Decent prices. Would appreciate more than 7 days to return the items though! made it feel a bit stressful for a working mum of 2 small children to work around. t

I received a box out of the blue. I have not signed up to use this service and nor do I know where you have got my details from. I emailed on the 2nd March asking this question and have had zero response. The entire box was sent back weeks ago and then yesterday £475 taken from my bank account with absolutely no authorisation. Again where have you got my bank details from!? Not only is this a breach of GDPR as I have never engaged with you as a company, it is completely fraudulent to take that amount of money without consent especially when all of the good have been returned. To top it off I’ve been trying to contact via telephone all morning to no avail as all telephony staff are in training. I want this resolved asap. Please let me know how it’s possible to contact someone given email and phone seem to a complete non-starter. I’ve reported to my bank who have treated as a fraud case.

My data was also sold without my consent by stitch fix. I have repeatedly co tasted them to ask for it to be deleted and for them to stop sending clothes. I suggest people also complain to the ICO about the misuse of their data and breach of GDPR rules
