Not happy that stitch fix have given my data to outfittery. Surely this is braking GRDP rules. I had an email to ask me to activate my account I ignored as I thought it was spam and a follow up saying my first box was coming. So I then looked back at the original email to discover that it mentions stitch fix! Nor good business practice!

Breach of GDPR rules transferring peoples personal data from Stitch and Fix on the basis that; The UK GDPR sets a high standard for consent, which must be unambiguous and involve a clear affirmative action (an opt-in).

Outfittery have an opt out policy, please report to ICO.ORG.UK.

A great idea in theory, since the demise of Stitch Fix. However, Outfittery does not provide any clothes over a UK 16, thus excluding anyone who is over the UK average. Inclusive sizing is very common in most UK fashion retailers now so quite why Outfittery has chosen to be so discriminatory is beyond me.

I signed up and then after further consideration changed my mind (which i'm entitled to do within 14 days). I now learn from Customer Services that it will take 6 weeks for me to get my £100 deposit back, how on earth is that fair or good business practice?

No correspondence.
Ordered the box in December still not arrived.
Can’t get hold of anyone.

It is simply impossible to get in contact with anybody from Customer Services. I had an issue with my account and I've been trying to contact anybody via phone and email but nobody ever picks up or reply.

This is definitely a fraud. I tried calling their customer service over 50 times with the answering machine disconnected the call after 1-2min.

Good:
* It was fast.
* The clothes were good.
* I distrust the service and expected to return the full box. Instead, I got a full outfit.

Things I would like to be improved:
* Even if they said that you will only pay the things that you keep, they send you an invoice of the full amount (1000eur in my case). That is not clear during the ordering process and came as a surprise to me.
* A couple of days after you receive the box, you are asked in german to pay the full amount by a thrid party company, afterpay.com that has a 1.8 score in Trustpilot at the time of writing. It was not clear to me that they will share my data with third parties.
* You can't pay with a credit card. After I return the box and wanted to pay, my options were to give my bank details to the third company or do an IBAN transfer to outfittery. I was able to introduce my credit card on the outfittery webpage, but there is no way of paying with it.
* It took 4 days for their website to stop asking me to return the items even if DHL said they had them.

I would have loved to know these things before ordering.

Anyway, I am curious about the next box in 5 months.

Outstanding service and fast response. The designers of this company are excellent and mam it easy. Only question is from my wife, do they have a female option?

The size was perfect and I love the choice of clothes.

The thing I like about Outfittery is the 'surprise' element, it's a bit like the famous quote in the movie Forrest Gump, "Life's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get". In this case, however, you already have an idea - because you made your choice based on a suggestion - and Outfittery knows enough about your tastes, sizes, etc. to deliver a box with more or less what you want. That said, it still isn't easy to achieve full satisfaction with the suggested outfits because, at the end of the day, we all like what we like.

Great selection and the consultant made very nice choices. Fit and style were very good. Returned very few items; the return process was extremely simple. Highly recommend.
