Had some troubles with freight OutdoorMaster's responses were quick, polite, accurate and professional. Would recommend them.

My son got a ski bag for Christmas. After the second use there was a rip in the seam. I reached out to costumer service and they sent out a new one right away.

I have a pair or outdoor master pro ski goggles. They are fantastic and recently I went to order an interchangeable clear lense that I can swap in during days or poor visibility. Unfortunately this package was not delivered by the courier, however afger raising this with their customer service a replacement was sent out quickly and in time for my trip next week. Excellent quality kit and customer service, thank you Effy and Iris for helping to resolve my situation.

My son prefers OutdoorMaster products. I was very impressed with the customer service. The response is almost immediate and was very positive and professional. I was offered options for a necessary return for what best met my needs.

You guys are crushing it on customer service.

After writing OutdoorMater about a scratched lens we received with a pair of ski goggles we got our son for Christmas, the service department responded right away... even the day after Christmas. Effy was the initial responder and then Iris walked us through the lens options they had available. After providing my address, they had our new lenses in the mail right away.
My son is really happy with his goggles and the magnetic function that they have. They fit well and have worked great so far! Super happy with the service, commitment to back the product and response time! Thank you!

Can't trust their size charts and if it doesn't fit, you pay return shipping even though it is their issue. Customer service is lacking. Go somewhere that stands by their product descriptions and size charts.

I'm looking forward to next week when we get to use the Pro Photochromatic Snow Goggles at Big Sky, MT! We also ordered the Diamond MIPS Snow Helmet as well which should also perform well. I was very surprised at how light the helmet is.

The customer support team has been fantastic to work with as well. There was an issue with my Christmas order where I was supposed to get a % off the total as well as receive a free pair of smartwool socks b/c the total was over a certain amount.

Because of an issue with checkout, I had to remove the socks, but customer support acknowledged after the transaction they would ship out the new pair.

This is a great set! I would highly recommend the ski helmet and goggles. It's very comfortable and fits well. It’s incredibly lightweight, yet it still feels super sturdy and secure. The customer service is amazing, they respond right away.
The price was very affordable. Overall great value.

Das Produkt kam an sich kam wie beschrieben an und die Qualität ist auf jeden Fall zufriedenstellend. Nur leider ist die Rücksendung äußerst kompliziert und man muss diese als Kunde selbst zahlen. Das bedeutet, man muss den Versand zurück nach China selbst zahlen und dieser ist nicht billig.

Had a bit of trouble with my order and had to contact customer service. Incredible support. Always responded quickly and went out of their way to resolve issues. Even contacted me to inform me the specific goggles I was ordering might not reach me by Christmas, giving me the opportunity to change my order. I'm happy to report that shipping was very fast and I actually did received them by Christmas.

As far as the quality of the products, been using their Heron snow goggles the last two seasons and they are awesome. MagKlick lenses are a game changer. You won't find a better value.

I had a really great experience with this company. My first helmet I got was super Congo and good looking. However after a first ski day I had an issue with it. I contacted the company and they replied very quick helping me with an issue. Even thought it was more than 30 days after my first purchase I was proposed to replace a helmet. Really great handling of the issue and carrying support team. I am now waiting for my new helmet which will hopefully arrive before my ski trip thanks to the help of support team.

I ordered two helmets and a pair of ski goggles for the season - first time buying gear but they had great reviews online. Helmets fit great, look sleek, and have an awesome lining. I cannot wait to use.

I do have to mention that my goggles got lost in the delivery process. HOWEVER the customer support was absolutely incredible. They responded extremely fast and have a new pair of goggles on the way already. They were also helpful in answering questions and being very kind and supportive.

I am so excited to try my new stuff.

24 jours après ma commande chez outdoor master je n'ai toujours rien. Les livreurs (GOFO) ne tiennent pas compte de mes disponibilités et après 4 tentatives de livraison infructueuses ils me demandent d'attendre chez moi. La téléconseillère GOFO que j'ai eu au téléphone ce soir a été particulièrement désagréable.
Comme ma commande contenait un casque, un masque et des écouteurs, j'ai dû racheter l'ensemble. Le pire c'est que je ne sais pas si je verrai un jour ma commande. Le service commercial d'outdoor master n'est pas très réactif. Fuyez

Got the goggles my niece wanted and somehow ordered 2 totally my fault. They were so responsive and quick to offer a solution and worked with me to remedy my mistake. Got back to me quickly and were super friendly...also the goggles and case are great quality!

Packaging could be better. Box was dented but merch was not damaged.

I needed to exchange the helmet I bought since it was slightly too big. Once I sent the email, the company got in touch right away and coordinated the exchange process. It was a quick and smooth transaction. They were very helpful! I would absolutely buy from this company again.

Got a couple of full face helmets for our grandkids for Christmas. We thought the price was good especially considering the excellent quality. Shipping was fast. Communication was good. We had to return one for a larger size. We thought that process could have been easier, less cumbersome, and quicker. But overall, we are happy with the end result.
