Ordered a lay flat reel in may, its October and still nothing. it said in stock when i ordered. They haven't responded to multiple emails and they have disconnected their phones. have reported them to consumer protection so hopefully they wont be around much longer to rip anyone else off.

I cant believe this company is still in operation! They do not answer emails, have disabled phone lines and simply dont send products. Avoid at all costs

So disappointed in this company as we purchased a ground sheet for nearly $300 back in June. We have sent several emails to query when we can expect to receive our product, we were told they didn’t have any so we said we would have a refund. Now it has been several months more and we still haven’t received our refund even though they say it has gone to finance department.

I ordered a Jerrycan on the 5/7 and said it would be 4 weeks for my order to be completed.
I am still waiting almost 4months later. Try to chase them up about my order and they don’t answer my 3 emails and I have spent countless hours on the phone waiting for them to answer and when I finally got through on the second call I was told another 4 weeks wait (this was 2months ago and they have now turned their phone support off which I found out after my 4ṯh call).

Unfortunately this was not the first time it had happened either. My previous order was also 3-4 months to get. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt this time, but I guess I am the sucker again. Such a shame as I always try to support Aussie companies over the big online ones.

Back again to talk about the worst company in Australia.
Finally get a refund approved after having to wait 3 months for driving lights that never arrived that i paid for.
It's now been 3 weeks waiting for refund to be returned to my bank account.
Please trust me everyone, never ever buy anything from these thieves.

Order still not in 2 months, forced to cancel as no one responded. Still have not been refunded my money . This company is a scam. Currently lodging with ACCC.

I purchased and paid for a product online at the end of July. The site stated 1 - 6 days for dispatch. I waited 4 weeks before contacting them and was told they were still waiting on supplies to arrive into their store and was told to expect delivery mid September. Waited till end of September and contacted them again. This time i was told mid October for expected delivery. I had received no updates unless I emailed them first.I cancelled the order on the 24th September and wanted full refund. It is now 13th October and I am still waiting for refund. How can a Business sell an item that they do not have and can't procure, take someon's money and then wont give the money back. The customer service is something you would expect from a 3rd world country not an Australian Business site.
Will never buy from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had read previous reviews before buying from this company.
They can't deliver the goods you ask for in a reasonable time frame and when asked to cancel the order they can't even do that straight away. I am still waiting on a refund that they don't know how to process and who knows when or if I will get my money back. My next action is to go to consumer affairs

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Took my money and 6 months later still haven’t shipped my item. Won’t answer emails or the phone. Shysters.

Order placed nearly one month ago. Goods still not shipped with no explanation. Multiple emails have had nothing but automated responses. Tried to phone them to find their customer support line has been disconnected. I will now have to seek reimbursement through my bank. I’m beginning to wonder if this company is even solvent. Buy from them at your own risk.

I ordered a product in July, was told it was on backorder estimated 2-3 weeks and then 1 week delivery. It is now October and still have not received. Company offered a refund, still battling to receive my refund. now ignoring me not returning phone calls or emails. Would be happy to either receive the product or a refund, but currently out of pocket and received nothing.

Yes I’m another one that wished I had looked at the reviews before purchasing anything from this so called business
So 3 months for my order to be delivered after receiving someone else’s order and after trying to make a phone call about the incorrect order I was greeted with a message saying that they aren’t taking phone calls please send a email and wait 4days for a response with a form that I was expected to complete for the reason of return and yes you guessed it they wouldn’t fix there error until they received the item back even after confirmation that the item had been sent
When they were talking phone calls (there was no answer just a message on a loop saying they are busy and any abuse would have the phone call terminated)
And after 6 emails only 2 were answered
I will never and wished I had never bothered with this business that clearly users money from our sales to purchase stock to fill there outstanding orders I will be sharing this on every platform that I can

Purchased a Dometic Cadac 2 Cook 3 Pro Deluxe on June 21st 2026. After a month of not being able to get it in stock, I was offered a refund. I accepted that on July 16th. Still no refund three months later even after four follow up emails. Very disappointing.

Absolute rubbish store.
Wont respond, reply or return my money!

Advertises as "In Stock" takes your money and you dont receive your items. BUYERS BE WARE OF THIS SELLER

Worst customer service experience. Just try calling them before you purchase anything and you will understand. They do not stock most of their advertised items, and they don't honour there lead time for non stocked items. Been over a month since they said they will refund me for a product they couldn't supply, still waiting.

Ordered water tank and shower head . Water tank showed up but shower head still no show after weeks and trying get hold of any one is useless dont even bother . Email only company and log in issues just terrible . But in all fairness water tank kit was good no issues product wise just company way its run .

Cowboys. No reply emails, phone is disconnected. express postage has not arrived 10 days after date. Tracking number isn't active. Cant contact anybody to resolve issue. Do not buy from these guys !

Ordered the part from a store in the same state 6 hrs away. The product arrived 3mths later without any contact from the seller. Poor customer service/ delivery.

Ordered made 2nd sept. No tracking number provided. multiple emails have been sent with no response, phone is now disconnected. 08 Oct and so far i can't get a reponse from the company and have now had to lodge a paypal dispute - disappointing.
