Easy to use - get to the jobs you want, faster!
Otta is a great platform for job searchers. It’s easy to use and filter so that you see relevant job listings that hit your requirements. You get far more information on the position and the company than I have seen anywhere else! Applying through Otta is also a very smooth process. Having found my new job through Otta, I am very grateful, and love the fact Otta donate to your chosen charity as a congratulations!

Highly Recommend
Love the user interface. The jobs are tailored to my preferences and I didn't get overwhelmed with the number of jobs available. Most jobs suggested to me were within the scope of my experience. Recently received a job offer from a posting I applied for on Otta. Otta is the new way forward for job searching.

Good experience, good jobs!
Otta's service is a noble one and after a few rounds of job suggestions and interactions, it learned to provide suggestions that were more relevant. One complaint is the inconsistency in salary ranges - for a few calls I had, I learned the salary range was far below what was shown on Otta. Otherwise if this was a generic suggested range, I think it could be made clearer.
Overall I enjoyed the UX through the app!

Unique values-driven experience
I really like the way Otta prioritizes values, diversity etc. There's no other platform I've found that's so good for finding companies that really align with what you're looking for.
One feature I'd love is to be able to filter by Glassdoor rating. All the companies I'm really excited by have a Glassdoor rating over 4, and so I'm doing that filtering manually anyway. It would be nice if it could be in the search options.

Delay in receiving notifications
4 stars just because there is a significant delay between the message received on otta inbox and the notification received on my personal email notifying me that I have a message from the employer.
If they didn't call me I would have missed my chance with them, because the notification only came in the following days.

Great experience overall
The mails sent with job alerts were well suited to what I was looking for. The information about each position was clearly laid out and helped me choose whether or not the position was something I wanted to apply for.

The best job search platform I've ever used
I found my last two jobs on Otta. After some awful experiences with other platforms, Otta is a breath of fresh air! You get to learn a lot about the company you are applying for (which helps to prepare for interviews!) and see the actual salary (so no surprises after you've completed 3-4 interview rounds!). The platform has an amazing UX as well. It is easy to manage opportunities you applied for and sort them as you progress through the interview stages. After using Otta, going back to any other websites is like traveling back in time! I hope more and more companies will use Otta in the future to connect with great candidates.

very frustrating and demoralising.
Job seekers need real time and genuine leads so I say to Otta, keep your house in order and remove the roles that are no longer live please

I'm looking into why there are jobs that say "Posted today" but aren't.
On the topic of removing roles that aren't live, I can assure you that we remove roles as soon as we see they are no longer on the company's careers page. We sync every 3 hours with a company's careers page (e.g. Workable, Lever) to see if the job has been closed. This information is straight from the company rather than from another job site (e.g. LinkedIn)
If this is helpful, we know that some companies have a job open in an "evergreen" way. This means they are always hiring for the role, and accepting applications, and so they don't take the job advert down from their careers page. This is particularly common for roles like Software Engineers, where some companies are always hiring. Therefore it's not the case that job seekers should only point their attention to newly posted job adverts.
For example, I just checked on Otta and there's a live role at Nextdoor for a Software Engineer that was first posted in February 2020 that is still accepting applications. Someone from Otta interviewed there last week.
