Finding these amazing headtorches! Super stocking fillers for my grown up son n son in law! They are perfect for dog walking at night! Got them all charged up ready for use straight away! Also great at keeping in touch all the way to delivery! Thanks!

I ordered 3 headlamps one for the wife as she walks the dog early morning and she loves it and feels a lot safer with it.
There was an issue with one of the headlamps but emailed Othemo and they sent me a replacement, very good service 👍

Brilliant head torch with an excellent choice modes, love the red for protecting night vision. The motion sensor for when I’m working on the greasy bits of my historic car is awesome, no more black grease in my hair when turning on.

Product is generally good but its still scam. It's not unique brand, it's reselling chineese product which is only several dollars in aliexpress. All reviews in their instagram page are fake.

I purchased a 230° headlamp as a present for a friend. When it arrived, I noticed the charging port flap/cover was broken. I emailed Othemo, explained the issue, and asked if I could exchange the headlamp. They responded quickly and were very friendly and helpful! Great customer service. They told me not to bother returning the broken one and that they would send me a replacement right away! Michaela and Denise from the Othemo team kept me updated with emails and made sure I was taken care of. The new headlamp arrived super fast. My friend loves it! I kept the one with the broken cover and I love it too so far. The hands-off feature is the best because I have tasks that require gloves and contaminated material. With a regular headlamp I can't turn it on and off without touching it. With Othemo I can wave my hand to turn it off when I need! Thank you Othemo

Ive found the products from Othemo in instagram and after much thinking Ive orderer two headlights with blackfriday discounts. Ive received them just yesterday because it was stucked somewhere in customs in my country! The lights are great!! Well made, Light, very bright! Ive contacted Support and they was fast replying and always willing to Help! Thank you! Thrustful company and great products

Great customer service. Carl helped me out when I thought my package was missing. Using the photo he provided, I could track the package to safely sitting under my Christmas tree! My son thought it was a present, so placed the package there and I was unaware.

I have mainly been dealing with Carl in Customer Service. The customer service team have been excellent throughout the entire purchasing experience. The thing is, in the midst of this purchase, our Canada Post went on strike for a number of weeks. Carl and his team were in constant contact with me until the strike was over and my product was finally delivered. The best customer service ever!! Nov. 4th - Dec.11th

I reached out to customer service to make sure my order was arriving by Christmas. They got back to me SAME DAY, with an email and were courteous and checked on my order. I love what I bought and that they were so professional and prompt!

I was worried after placing orders this was a scam and wouldn't receive stock. I ordered 3 packs on 6th December (UK) the tracking wasn't working, then on 17th December I received notification of a royal mail delivery for 20th and they arrived as scheduled. Product looks as advertised,just topping up the charge, but they had a charge and looked good. So not a scam, just be patient for delivery. Looking forward to using them.

Buyer beware!!!! Bought product and paid extra for 4-8 days shipping. We are over the promised time of delivery and tracking is saying that label number generated, but has not even made it to the shipper yet. This is another scam! Take money promising expedited shipping then don't deliver. Reading comments delivery months later is not uncommon. Company claims to be out of UK, but this has China written all over it. Run far, Run fast!!!!

This is a scam OR VERY POORLY MANAGED COMPANY!!! Called their customer happiness team 12 times at various times on 4 different days and get a recorded message all customer service reps are busy, email for immediate help, emailed 3 times no response (except for auto generated email) tracking updated email was received and when trying to track get an error message “can not find order” then try searching for my order with order number / email address and or phone and nothing! Calling credit card issuer to dispute as fraud.

Buyer beware this is just a rebranded product sent from China. They claim to ship from the uk so should have been with me in 48 hours but in reality it was over a week, One of the headlights was for a birthday gift which has now been missed so I’m abit annoyed that about. Having finally received them the one i have purchased for myself does work well so hopefully the rest will be ok as they are Christmas presents.

I had an issue with the freebie (of all things) not working. I received a fast response and a replacement was on its way in no time.

I placed my first order from Othemo and was looking forward to the product arrival. After waiting over a month, my order had still not arrived and the shipping updates had become stagnant. I was certain that the shipment was lost. Michaela was able to assure me that my order was still in transit and provided updated tracking information. The response from Michaela and the customer service team was wonderful and I am delighted that my order has finally arrived. The mechanics on my list will be all smiles Christmas morning!

Poorly packaged so box is all smashed up inside, avoid! As others are saying, looks like cheap crap that's marketed to look amazing. Don't get sucked in!!!!

Actually prove your product is better quality than so called cheap fakes. All electronics are chinese or indian. High fail rate low cost. There is no better, you expect 60% satisfied customers and hope for the best. Just be honest.
