Our customer service team actually did respond to each of your emails — and we even received replies from you too! 🙌 We confirmed your bow tie order came through Amazon (cheers for that, legend!), but we found no completed order for the Glen Plaid Pocket Square on our end. No charge went through, and no order confirmation was issued — which usually means the transaction didn’t fully process.
