Oscarandtilly Recenzje

Great service very good company to purchase from.

This family based company is new to me and the range of goods offered is extensive. I ordered the summer bunting and a number of the Elizabeth Scarlett coin purposes and wash bag.
The items are unusual, beautifully made and warrants their price which is similar to the high street.
Parcel arrived via first class and all items beautifully wrapped in tissue and finished with a handwritten card.
Finally I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received from Bernie, the Founder and her small team.

Loved the items I bought but the service was very special , personal and caring . I hav shown my friends the lovely letter I recd can’t recommend enough . Well dun

Top notch & personal customer service! When an item I ordered was out of stock, Bernie went above & beyond to help me find a replacement (which was even better than my first choice in fact) and get it to the receiver on time. You don’t get communication and service like this from big companies. Excellent quality products too. I highly recommend this shop.

Free delivery was most appreciated and the item was beautifully packaged; included was a personal handwritten ‘thank you’ for your purchase note.
I don’t always leave reviews but this Company stood out for all the right reasons and I wish them every success.

Absolutely gorgeous products and really fast shipping. Oscar and Tilly's passion for customer care is evident in the way they package their products and engage with customers. 100% would recommend. ☺️
