The Ororo service department was represented beautifully by Marj and Karen. My exchange request was handled exceptionally in a friendly and professional manner. Calling seemed quickest way to reach them. After sending my item back Monday morning, the exchanged item was received Thursday morning. They even threw in a bonus present.

My newly purchased Down filled heated vest developed an issue with the zipper hanging up and tearing the inside track a bit. I called Ororowear Customer service about it and they very promptly replaced the vest.

My zip had broken on my Ororo jacket after having it for just one day so I immediately emailed ororo to ask if I could get out exchanged for another one and within 1 week of talking to Kiera I had my new jacket!!❤️ It was quick and painless and I had such a wonderful experience with the team!!! Quality products and excellent service
The vest I bought has good quality but unfortunately the sizes do not fit me too well for I am kind of between two sizes. The customer service is excellent. The customer service representative Ivy responds promptly and takes initiative to follow up to ensure the exchange and return process is smooth. Her tone was polite, respectful and considerate. I rarely write reviews but feel they deserve my effort for it. I definitely will recommend their products.

Amazing product and customer service. I ordered a large order of 7 jackets. A couple fit smaller than expected and I needed to exchange sizes but was worried about the return process time as I needed them for gifts. I reached out for a return label and was pleasantly surprised by the immediate personal response from Ivy. She asked me a few questions and initiated the return for me. I expressed my deadline and she personally expedited the new items and tracked them. She checked in a few days later to make sure they were on track and they made the date. Once arrived she emailed and made sure everything was good. The level of personal contact and communication was amazing, something I don't see often with online orders. Can’t say enough good things about this company and product. Thank you

Were do I start. It’s rare that I ever give a 5 star review. I deal with a-lot of companies that have great products, but their customer service sucks. I first bought from Ororo Christmas time 2021, for my girlfriend. I bought a woman’s heated fleece jacket. We thought the battery wasn’t lasting long enough. I contacted Ororo, without hesitation they sent a replacement battery. My girlfriend loves her jacket so much, she even wears it, without the battery, while it’s charging. So based on the quality of the jacket, and customer service, I bought a second jacket for my mother. Do to the quality of the jacket, and the outstanding customer service, I give Ororo 5 stars. I’ve bought 2 jacket’s and will not only recommend them, but will buy again. It’s a great feeling in these times, to find a company that has a quality product and great customer service.
