We have purchased 3 heated vests. We had to return one, because of sizing, which was so easy. And the other 2 are great quality. I won't hesitate to purchase more heated gear in the future.
Ororo vest stopped functioning and was replaced in 5 days

I purchased an Ororo heated vest 2 months ago in October, and on December 18 it failed to turn on. I called Ororo customer support and spoke to Nicole, who was very helpful and provided immediate assistance with an email with clear instructions on how to document the problem with a few photos and a small video. Then I was contacted by Vinnie and completed the final steps, so that a physical return was not necessary, and that was very much appreciated. I received the new, replacement vest on December 23, fully functional, only 5 days later, and thanked Vinnie and the team at Ororo for outstanding customer service.

Monte Rosa snow pants
I have purchased many products from Ororo , their heated mittens, vest and now heated pants!
I am an avid alpine skier and enjoy the heating features of these products especially when the weather dips down to -15 to -25 Celsius on the slopes!
My last purchase of heated Monte Rosa ladies ski pants have not been put to the test as of yet…
I purchased them a week ago and followed the instructions for sizing on the website but it is quite off and ordered a size 10 and they were huge!
I quickly informed Ororo of this and requested to change to a size 8; Nikki promptly replied and set the motions to do the exchange which was done extremely quick as there is a mail strike in Canada and the whole process took barely one week. Thank you Nikki as I am a happy return customer and the service was handled very well!
Excellent customer service
I purchased an Ororo vest last year and recently the light has been flashing quickly (not the slow heating up flashes). I contacted Ororo customer services and sent them a video of the flashing. The vest had a defect and they offered to replace it for free. Unfortunately, they did not have the model in stock and offered me an alternate replacement. When I asked if I could get a hoodie instead, they agreed and did not charge me the difference. Great customer service, quick, friendly and efficient. I would recommend Ororo.

I received an ORORO heated vest for a gift from my son which I absolutely loved. I noticed it was having some issues with the length of heating time the battery provided and the extended amount of time it was taking to charge it.
When I contacted customer service I began dealing with a representative named Kelsey who went above and beyond. We troubleshooted some issues which did not resolve the problem. The outcome was a no hassle, prompt replacement new vest and battery were provided. I have received the new vest and I am extremely happy. I would highly recommend ORORO and the products they have. High quality and excellent customer service.
Service With A Style
When the heated fleece jacket I bought the year before suddenly began to malfunction, I contacted Ororo and am glad I did. They bent over backwards to help, sending me a free battery replacement, which was appreciated.
When that didn't help, they actually sent me a free replacement jacket, which I am awating in the next few days. This was customer service above and beyond and I was blown away not only by their response, but the fact they stand behind their excellent products.
Cannot recommend them highly enough. This was one of those rare great experiences with a company. When the heat was off, they turned theirs up to provide fantastic service. All I can say is I would buy from them again. You should, too.

Good customer service concerning a replacement item after it stopped working. Unfortunate, however, that the item stopped working in the first place after regular use. I appreciate the personal help with replacement and troubleshooting. I was also a little disappointed I had to pay for shipping of the replacement item.

I contacted Orono regarding my heated vest that I had bought less than a year ago and the battery was no longer fully charging. Mike responded to my email in a very timely manner and was quick to help me. Once I explained the issue I was having he asked me a few questions and ask me to send him a picture of the battery showing the serial number. Once I gave him the information he requested he quickly ordered a new battery for me and all I had to pay for was the shipping which was $20.00. The battery came in a couple days and unfortunately it took forever to charge so I contacted Mike back and explained and he sent me another replacement battery free of charge. 2 days later I received it and it’s working great. His customer service was awesome and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Ororo product - actually I already have - I ordered a vest for my daughter in law.
